Comment : What possible reason does this dealership have to waste my time and their own time by not telling me that they only do sales in person until I've wasted an hour and 2 phone calls trying to work up a deal with them? I clearly specified since the very beginning of the phone call that I am an out of state potential customer. You would think a manager would have the decency to not waste time and make it clear that I need to come in to talk numbers. Or perhaps it is the case that they didn't like my sale proposal and chose to awkwardly and bitterly reneg in this way. Whatever it is, I'm glad I don't ever have to visit this place.

Comment : I will not publicly mention names out of respect for that person and/or persons but, the dealership as a whole, I will without a doubt refuse to deal with them again and encourage new consumers to go elsewhere. I feel that since I have purchased my new vehicle from them i have been swept under the carpet. They made it easy for me to get the vehicle and walk through the door and also to get me back out the door, as I was an out of state buyer. I had questions regarding paperwork that my dmv needed answers too in order for me to be legal. Numerous calls to the dealer, and numerous messages have been left including texts and emails with my salesman and manager. Not once did i get a call back. There has been absolutely zero follow-up to me and currently no resolution. I was also promised a part that was to be included with my vehicle but they said it had to be ordered and then sent to me which has yet to be done and is unlikely to be done by the looks of it.

Comment : Great experience. Huge inventory/selection of new and slightly used late model RAM trucks. Straight forward price negotiations. Kendall provided teriffic sales assistance, advice, and is highly knowledgable on RAM trucks. Very pleasant, easy to work with, and great attention to detail. Comment : The worst experience at automobile dealership I've ever had! One single brake line on my grand cherokee, $1065 bill. 4 hours labor was $850. Gotta be a world record for a single brake line replacement. Their service Mgr verified this bill. TERRIBLE.

Comment : Terrible service and when you try to address it they don't care. I even spoke on the phone with the "manager" trying to resolve things. I lost connection on my end and when I tried calling back and asking for said manager I was told nobody by that name existed in the service departments management team. I was going to bite the bullet and try them again since they're local but when I'm having issues and being lied to before I even get there, no thanks. I'd rather take both my Jeep and my Ram to the Ford dealer for service than this place. Comment : My initial experience was not great. When I called to check the status of the vehicle and confirm the price, I originally spoke with Brittany and she confirmed it was available and confimed the website price $77,090. Other than that she could not answer other questions I had and said she would have Kristen call me to answer the other questions. Kristen called and also confirmed availability and price ($77,090). I told them from the get go that I would finance through my bank, and not through them. Kristen texted me a picture of the quote without mentioning a "different" price if I did not finance through them which came out to $82,426.25 (includes tax). Asked about the $995 accessory charge added for "Polysteel". She informed that its a protective coating they put on all new vehicles that come to their dealership. If that's the case and it's not an option for the customer, it should be included in the price of the vehicle. I tried to get her to take off the $995 since Ram has a warranty on their paint. She said she didn't have permission to make that call and she would get me with the General Manager Derek. I received a call from Derek and it was not a pleasant experience. He was rude and arrogant about the Polysteel charge and then proceeded to tell me if I didn't finance through them, then the price of the vehicle would be $84,426.25. He was very obvious about wanting to get the "extra kickbacks" from the manufacturer. He was not willing to work with me at all on price or taking off the polysteel. As soon as I hung up, I decided I wouldn't deal with them for a new truck. I gave it 2 weeks and contacted a local dealer that tried their hardest to get me that truck or something very similar with no luck. So I choked down my pride and texted Kristen. I told her I wanted that truck, and I was willing to spend the extra 2k, but I would in no way deal with Derek. She said she would work with that and from there we made a plan. I flew 1500 miles for this truck and when I "walked" the truck to check for any imperfections I noticed a quarter inch scratch on the drivers door. Kristen then spoke with Mark (sales manager) and with a bit of an attitude from him, he decided to get me a touch-up pen and remove the polysteel charge off the price. In the end, Tony (finance manager) was a champ and Kristen was too. Overall, things could have run smoother in my opinion. And to the owners of Couglin CJDR, I would highly recommend a more personable person for the General Manager position.My initial experience was not great.
