Comment : Took my vehicle there for a slow air leak in a tire, they said they found the issue and patched it. 2 days later it's leaking again, asked them to check the patch over or find the leak...camera in my vehicle caught them just playing around on a computer and they didn't even take my tire off, manager did try to make right by it after I mention the videos, but how can I trust them? Took it to my home town tire service for a new tire and they found that my valve stem was bad...a high schooler found it. Can't even trust them with a slow leaking tire.

Comment : Purchased a new Ram truck from this dealership and would recommend this dealership for a car or truck purchase. The staff was upfront, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire purchasing process. It's a dealership and they are in the business of making money off selling vehicles and I was looking for the best deal I could get - that's just what it is. Unlike other experiences that I have had, my experience with this dealership left me feeling like I received a good value for my money and that we could find a fair compromise with our competing interests in a respectful way.

AJ, the salesperson I worked with is top notch. A wonderful young man that was both a pleasure to work with and to get to know. I would recommend him as a salesperson based on his first-hand in-depth knowledge of trucks, his professionalism and his genuine interest in getting me the truck that would best fit my needs.

I also recommend each of the individuals that I interacted with for their same professionalism and authenticity. Derek, the GM, was especially helpful and worked with us to reach a deal that met our respective goals. Highly recommend this dealership based on his management of the facility.

I rank buying a car right next to going to the dentist, they both suck but both are necessary experiences. I have a wonderful dentist for years and dread the day he retires and now I have a dealership that I know I can visit that makes the process a whole lot easier.

Comment : I took my 2019 Ram into Coughlin's service dept in Marysville for a recall and also had several lights/messages on my meter. I paid $250 for them to diagnose and then they gave me a $3800 estimate to fix everything. I know how most Dealerships work in regards to upselling expensive parts that are not needed so I didn't hesitate to decline getting ripped off. I drove straight from Coughlin's right to Hogan's just down the road. The next day Hogan's had my truck fixed for $500. All it needed was a cut wire by the wheel repaired (most likely chipmunk or squirrel damage) . With Coughlin's $3800 estimate, there was no mention of the cut wire. I spoke with the service manager at Coughlin's and he did offer some of my $250 "diagnosis" fee back and also told me that the tech who "diagnosed" my truck was a master tech and 1 of their best. That's very concerning. I wonder what would have happened if I paid the $3800 and then my problem still wouldn't have been fixed. I'm not sure if this Dealership boosts their profits by ripping people off routinely or maybe they have sub-par techs, or maybe a combination of both.

Comment : If I could give this place a lower number I would. They have taken advantage of a family member and never did fix the issue. First repair over 5,000.00 started leaking oil which it was not before they “fixed it”. Next repair over 1000.00 to fix the oil leak. Next day still leaking took it back and was told the part was out on without a gasket. Refund for any of the services which they never did fix… NOPE.
Still not right however never going back there. We have given them enough money for nothing.
