Comment : We were in the market for a commercial vehicle and were struggling to find a helpful dealer, so we were more than happy to drive more than an hour for Chet and the Coughlin team. Super helpful answering all our questions and even engaged General Motors to help with my more indepth questions. Absolutely would recommend and will be back for all future GM purchases!!

Comment : I took my 2017 Cherokee in for some much needed service. Arika at the service desk was great to work with. The tech did a diagnostic test, she let me know what needed done, took care of it a few days later. The work was done in a very timely manner and at a not too bad hourly rate.
Will be taking my Jeeps there from now on.

Comment : Kendall F. was a great salesman to work with. He was welcoming and efficient, and made the experience enjoyable. I'd give that man 5 stars and would recommend. He also stated that he would set me up for a follow up appointment to address one of the four TPS sensors that went out on the car. Very nice!

Detailing, however, has some opportunities. I'll most likely discuss those opportunities with the manager when I revisit.
