Comment : I bought a new 2024 Charger Daytona off the showroom floor. I originally intended to lease the car, but they dropped the purchase price enough to convince me to own it. The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The whole transaction was smooth and went as expected; no unpleasant surprises. I don't get to say that about every new car purchase.

Comment : We had such a great experience with Kendall! He was super friendly and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The car my husband called about was waiting out front, ready for a test drive. He walked us through the car’s history and features and made the whole process really easy.

He also made sure things moved along quickly — while we were finishing up the paperwork, he had the car detailed so we didn’t have to wait around. Everything went so smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend working with him!

Comment : Easy to deal with staff, not a very busy location

Comment : Do not only double check the paperwork but triple check the paperwork before signing anything at this dealership.
The price they have posted online does not match what they end up charging their customers once you go to purchase the vehicle. They ripped me off, they posted a price on their own website that was different from the final price once everthing was said and done. Avoid this dealership.

Comment : Less than 2 years ago we had our jeep compass in for a front end noise, transmission shifting hard and back up camera screen acting up. Only thing they fixed was the front end noise. Less than 2 years later the front end noise is back and the other 2 things are still not fixed. So ook it back and they had the jeep for alittle over a week and we had the run around when our jeep would be looked at. Finally they looked at it and couldn't find any problems or hear the noise. We finally go back to get the jeep and my mother-in-law could hear it right away. We finally got in at a different local shop and they figured out the front in noise within 30 mins. Other 2 problems they couldn't figure out either because those problems never showed for them either.

In fact, she sent me a picture of the package stating that the dealership cannot ship paint due to legalities, which is clear bullshit. I've had many touch up paints shipped to me from other dealerships with no problem.
She reassured me that she would send from her own personal address so I can receive what I was promised.
That didn't happen either.

The entire time dealing with her, she would follow up each part of the conversation with trying to get me to leave a positive review on a survey. She wasn't planning on sending that touch up paint. I'm not dumb, I was waiting to receive that paint before I decided to do any of that, because I know sales people cannot be trusted.

Deceiving, lying representative of this dealership. Shame on you for allowing such garbage to be the customer facing aspect of your company. You are doing yourself a disservice, because people won't be coming back to you. Do better.'>

Comment : Kristen promised me a touch up paint with the sell of my vehicle because it has a couple rock dings.
I had to reach out multiple times to figure out if she's going to follow through. She did not.

Comment : Horrible place to take a car to. They will try to sell you ridiculous stuff , over a thousand dollars more than you were initially quoted. Would NOT recommend a single soul to bring their car here unless you feel like fighting with the workers to actually get around to your car and then charged hundreds, if not thousands more than you expected.

Comment : Initially I took my car in on august 20th, to get the alternator replaced. I had already purchased the part and assumed it would be a quick fix considering I already took off the plastic guard on the bottom of the car, took off the serpentine belt, loosened the top bolt for the alternator. On the 21st, I was told they "we can't actually move the car and have to install the new alternator and looks like there is another underlying issue." which initially doesn't make sense considering all they had to do was connect jumper cables put it in neutral and push it, but nonetheless I said ok. They then immediately recommended a diagnostic test that would cost $720. Mind you this is a 16 year old car. So I don't believe it would be too uncommon for an alternator to develop problems or give out after 16 years. I had to reach out multiple times just to get an update on the status of my car. Once on the 22nd, and then on the 28th. The exact words that were used were "Tech unfortunately has been in training and hasn't been able to Finish the vehicle" implying they started to work on it. Then today on the 29th I was sent documents of what the car needed. It took 9 days for them to tell me it needed a new connector, mind you all they had to do was take 2 bolts off to get the alternator off and would have immediately saw the issue within a few minutes after. Yet this issue was not brought up until 9 days later. Had I accepted all their recommendations it would've cost me $1400... I expressed in store that I was confused because I could never get a date as to when my car would be worked on and was being told different things. The mechanic told me to look at the bay, as to see they are busy. Then disagreed and said I was not given conflicting information. All in all, it took 9 days, I was told I should spend $720 for a diagnostic before they could even start working on it. I was charged for an hour and a half of labor, $317.79 just for them to take off a few bolts and tell me my connector was bad. Something that could have taken them an hour with the right parts to fix, was spread out over 9 days. Multiple times throughout the process I drove by only to see my car in the exact spot it was towed to. Nearly every time I was updated was because I had to reach out first to see what the status was. Would not recommend unless you have an excess of money to spend on useless tests and weeks to wait.
