Comment : Went to look at a Honda pilot today, listed online . As my wife and family were looking at it the sales lady came out with the keys and locked it and was extremely rude. I felt judged completely. Unwelcome. I will not be buying anything from them. And I will be steering anyone I can away from the there.

Comment : Happy they were able to get me scheduled within a week to service my vette prior to Carlisle. Little over priced compared to other places in my research. I would recommend getting quotes first. This was my first experience here. It was fine but I wasn’t impressed and may or may not go back.

Comment : I want to start off by saying, I have never had a worse experience at a dealership then here!

After I purchased a Corvette from this dealership with the assurance that it was in good condition, a faulty catalytic converter was discovered, which this dealership attempted to resolve by paying for cleaning. The problem had since returned and now includes additional necessary repairs (new catalytic converters, spark plugs, and O2 sensors) that were not originally checked for, I have shocked this car ever passed inspection.
While the warranty covers the catalytic converters, I am being charged $1,500 for the spark plugs and O2 sensors — items that likely should not be failing at this mileage if the car were in the condition represented at sale. Which I had to pay out of pocket!

I had information misrepresented to me, issues that came to me shortly after purchasing the vehicle, now I have cost due to those issues. I am genuinely upset and disappointed with how this has been treated and how I have had to deal with this, I contacted the General Manager to no response and the salesmen I had been working with Joe, did not resolve this issue! What sense does it make for me to recover my a vehicle newly bought and get a check engine light the next day ?
