Comment : My wife and I went to Coughlin Chevrolet of Pataskala and had an excellent experience! The sales manager, Shannon, worked with us personally and was wonderful, my wife especially enjoyed the experience with him. And just when you think it's a one-off we went to the finance office to meet Steve and he made us feel at ease and comfortable. He was a true pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this dealership and we will come back. Thank you so much!

Comment : I booked my appt. 3 weeks earlier but had to wait 4+ hours for routine maintenance due to a scheduling issue. This is the second consecutive time this has happened. Your waiting area has no work surfaces with power outlets for me to work remotely.

Comment : I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and efficient.

The staff was friendly and welcoming right away, and they took the time to clearly explain what services were being performed. The turnaround time was quicker than expected, which made it easy to fit into my day without any hassle.

I also appreciated the attention to detail?they completed the oil change and tire rotation thoroughly and even did a quick overall check of the vehicle to make sure everything looked good. It gave me extra peace of mind knowing my car was in great hands.

Overall, excellent customer service, quality work, and a hassle-free experience. I?ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Comment : this place and any Coughlin dealership is the only place you should go to purchase a new vehicle. I?ve bought from Coughlin Kia and Chevy and both times the process was amazing. They worked with us to get us in the range we needed to be at in terms of a monthly payment, were super responsive and made the process super easy. I?ve never worked with a better brand in Ohio so I highly highly recommend working with them. This review isn?t just for coughlin Chevy but the brand in general they truly care about their customers.

Everyone we interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and address our concerns. I always worry about pushy personalities at dealerships and can say without a doubt this was a great experience from beginning to end. Comment : Stephen and John were absolutely amazing to work with. They worked out amazing deals, didn't feel pressured at all and overall just pleasant people. While there, my partner also decided to go with them and started his search for his vehicle. We will only be going here for our future car needs. We've told everyone to go there!
