Comment : I had a great experience at Coughlin Chevrolet in Pataskala. Stan, the sales associate that assisted my girlfriend and I during the process of acquiring our vehicles was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Over the years I have purchased many cars all across the United States and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. That is a testament to General Manager, John and the way he conducts business and interacts with not only his customers, but his employees. I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to make their way over to Coughlin Chevrolet in Pataskala. You won’t be disappointed.

Comment : Worst service I've ever experienced. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. My wife recently went in for an oil change on her 2023 yukon. Took them 3 hours. Now our vehicle has all sorts of problems. Took it in for service a day early appointment was at 11am next day. After numerous calls for an update just to see if we need to get a rental cause we have three boys at home. No response she actually lied saying they looked at it and it needs a "special tech" funny we live close by and I drove by twice and it never moved from where I parked it. Hell I went to pickup the keys today and she thought the car was in one of the bays. Yikes
