Comment : Coughlin GM service department in Marysville Ohio answered my call and acted immediately to address my concern about the engine service light while other local dealers wouldn’t even make an appointment! Drew @ Coughlin, scheduled my appointment the next day and had the service part in stock for a fast repair. Thank you Drew and the technician, great job, great service!

Comment : I bought a new Chevy 3500 Pickup that is supposed to have Automatic Emergency Braking per the sticker on the vehicle. It does not work and has not since the truck was new. I have only had the truck around 1 month. I have been waiting for the Service Department to tell me when they have a loaner vehicle for me to drive so that I can drop off my truck to correct the issue. This is the third week of waiting.
