Comment : Pour customer service. When you set an appointment time for your car to be serviced and you come back to pick it up after 5 hours and nobody has touched it. Nobody bothered to call and tell me. That's a little upsetting.

Comment : Branden was the best salesman I've done business with to date! Our purchase was very quick and assuring. Our salesman was very genuine, professional and adaptive to us as buyers. I explained what I wanted and what I didn't, up front. (This was key in that they are located a few hours away and we were un-able to arrive until late in the day.) In a respectful way asked if he could go through certain options or alternatives within our purchase which was far less depressing and time consuming as the last 3 local dealers we priorly dealt with whom wasted our time and hoped they could wear us down into buying a vehicle with wrong engine, options and color and in one case the salesmen were using as a demo with thousands of miles but being sold as new. All of these failures would make a bit sense if you weren't buying a ZR2 Silverado!

I rarely take the time to leave ratings but in this case it must be known that "Going to buy a car doesn't have to be a pain in your ear, a pain in your wallet or a pain in your as." Before leaving to make the trip, it occurred to us-"this is the most positive we felt leaving for a dealership" because of Branden's effectiveness and style of operating. When we left, by habit I said "I'm sending friends and family here." It probably sounded fake but it's really worth friends and family driving 2 hrs over the alternatives in the Cincinnati area.

Comment : Experience started bad. Sales guy drug his feet on a truck I wanted to purchase until it was sold. A few days later, Kaila reached out to me. I wasnt sure I wanted to deal with Coughlin again after Chase dropped the ball. I found a truck I was interested in on another lot. Same situation as before. Kaila went over some numbers with me, we agreed on terms and she had the truck sitting on the Marysville lot the next day. She was in touch with me every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure this an easy process. She was a pleasure to work with.

Comment : Drew was awesome and kept me current on how service was going on my chevy truck. I asked for a quote on a repair item and got it when checking out and explained to me in detail. OUT OF THERE IN A VERY reasonable amount of time! I'll go back!
