Comment : We purchased a used Sienna from this dealership at the end of last year. We purchased it as is but the next day we noticed a few things that needed fixed on the car (door seals and such) but figured it would be something we have to pay for out of pocket. However, when Chi called to see how we were liking the new vehicle, my husband told him the issues we saw with it and Chi had us bring the car back in. The dealership fixed everything we pointed out at no cost to us! They didn t have to do that but they genuinely cared and went above and beyond what I had hoped for. The salesman, Chi Wong, was amazing! There was never any pressure to buy. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was so good with our crazy toddlers too. Amazing guy and excellent customer service. I was so relieved and happy that the dealership gave us a great deal and fixed the few minor issues for us at no charge. Thanks again to Chi and the dealership for all they did for us! We would definitely buy from again and trust that they will do the right thing. We purchased a used Sienna from this dealership at the end of last year. Comment : Chase was awesome to work with. He found me a couple vehicles to choose from in my price range with the bells and whistles I was looking for. He was very kind and answered all my questions. I m a bit indecisive sometimes and he was very patient. He took the time to show me every detail of using the technology with the car and app. The finance manager was also excellent and very nice. We compared warranty prices and details. I m very happy with my experience.Chase was awesome to work with. Comment : Demetrius Barlow was the salesman and did an excellent job answering all my questions. The delivery experience could have been better, but I was pressed for time. The staff was completely accommodating and the whole experience was exciting.

Comment : Took my 2020 duramax 6.6l in for service either June or July 2023 for a 'service parking brake message '. I was told by the stealership my parking brake control module was bad and it was on backorder. The part came in roughly 6 weeks later and was promptly installed under warranty although this was long enough to finish out my bumper to bumper warranty. I drove the truck twice and in under 50 miles the message came back. I brought truck in, they said my parking brake shoes were good and no way they weren't at 36k miles (unfortunately this is common on my truck), said they checked em, reset code, blamed the new module for not being "calibrated" and I went home no money spent yet....Well I made it home and the message came back. Brought it back in, remember... I'm out of warranty for this. They wanted $700 to pull the rotors off to inspect the parking brake shoes. I declined, took it home and had one rotor off in 30 minutes, what a joke right? I found the shoe material was COMPLETELY gone (very common i guess). Long story short GM makes it impossible to fix this without their computer so I got railed for over $800 for them to replace the shoes in August 2023. The whole time they had my truck it was next to impossible to get somebody to answer the phone. They conveniently noticed an axel seal leakage that I never noticed and left a voicemail quoting me roughly $462. I called back saying I was under warranty for powertrain and they somehow forgot this and procededto fix it and refilled my diff under warranty. My truck just hit 46k miles not even 1.5 years later and my rear diff fluid looks like this. To be honest the stream during drainage did appear kinda clear but idk man....I do NOT trust their service center.*update* I was contacted by a Nate who is the new owner according to him. He did seem honest and genuine and agreed it seemed like a bad experience. I was told that many of these aspects were approved upon / learned from. There are plenty of good reviews on here so maybe I was just unlucky. Take it how you wish.Took my 2020 duramax 6.6l in for service either June or July 2023 for a 'service parking brake message '.
