Comment : Great place to buy a vehicle! We got my daughter a Bolt EV here, and she?s absolutely happy with the purchase. Ashley in sales and Tony in finance were both very friendly and super helpful. Comment : The Parts and Service Department is amazing. Scheduled my mother?s 2021 Trailblazer for service. Worked with Jodi who made the process very easy and simple. Jodi even went a step further and checked on parts availability ahead of time for us to prevent any downtime. She got us scheduled in right away making the whole process seamless. They had our vehicle done and ready for pick up by lunch time the same day. Robert got me checked out fast since Jodi was busy with another customer. Thank you both.

Comment : We did not buy a car from Coughlin but another dealer in Marysville. We knew there was a code that needed cleared but it's a Chevy hybrid and must have a certified tech to do work on it, something the other dealer did not have. Our salesman spoke with someone at Coughlin and they agreed to clear the code. When we took it in 2 days later to get the code cleared, it was discovered that was not the only code. Coughlin gave us all the codes and advised us to go back to the other dealership and work out them taking care of repairs and a rental car. The other dealership agreed to this. Coughlin worked with us to get the car in as soon as possible and to make sure all repairs were completed. They went out of their way to get us in when it was not their problem to start with. I truly appreciate the certified tech and Robert Goodman for assisting us.

Comment : Took my car in for an oil change and rotation normally I would do myself but winter and all. Got home to clean up and sweep it out. turns out washer fluid wasn?t filled and tires weren?t rotated. Paying for services you don?t get who knows if they change the oil and filter. I?ll be getting under it to make sure filter is different. I will mark it from now on. What a joke beware of there scam.
