Comment : Had my car serviced about 2 years ago to fix the TCM ever since then I've had an oil and antifreeze leak. Now it needs more work so I called to get pricing no answer and no call back. I'm already iffy because of what happened and idk where to go to get it fixed now

Comment : Best buying experience I have had to date!! Matt was professional annd thoroughly explained the features of the truck before I left the dealership! Matt did not hover as we walked the lot. I highly recommend the Coughlin Team!! Everyone from sales to finance were phenomenal I gave them a target payment and the nailed it!! I will definitely buy here again!!

Comment : The transmission replacement itself seems to have been done well, and the truck is running fine now. However, communication throughout the process was very frustrating. I had a hard time getting anyone to call me back, and when I called for updates I was often sent to voicemail. No one proactively updated me on the status of my vehicle. It only takes a minute or two to keep a customer informed, and that would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Comment : We enjoyed, yes I said enjoyed, another car buying experience with Chad Chesrown at Coughlin Newark. We met Chad several years ago and he has been our families “car guy” ever since. We let him know what we want and he goes after it. I love that he doesn’t waste my time with “I found one but…..it doesn’t have this or that”. He listens and gets me what I want. We drive 1.5 hours JUST for Chad passing several car lots along the way and I intend to continue this because he’s worth the experience. Thanks Chad for bringing me back to my Chevy world that I love and making buying a new car as seamless as possible.
