Comment : A couple issues. When I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning I already knew it needed a HPFP. I also notified the service writer that I knew the oil life monitor was signaling an oil change. I specifically stated not to change the oil just replace the HPFP. I also asked if they could replace a center cap on one tire. When I picked up on Tuesday, my oil had been changed against my instructions... there went my high dollar oil that wasn't even close to being done. I am a Certified Lubrication Specialist so I know oil. They didn't rotate my tires, which should have been done with an A service. I didn't get a center cap. But they did place the old HPFP in my car for my warranty return. Sometimes it is the small things. A $50 credit for being a veteran didn't cover the over priced $109 oil change that I now have to replace when I still had at least 9000 miles on my oil. Yes I have the oil analysis to back that statement up. Luckily I don't have to use this place again. Make sure you get everything in writing prior to leaving your car for service.

Comment : Jim was able to get us the car we wanted, the car was not on site and was in transit. He let us know when the vehicle was delivered. We have bought several cars and I have to say this was the easiest and quickest purchase. Everyone was polite. Overall it was a great experience.

Comment : We are new to central Ohioand finding Coughlin GMC has been wonderful, we met KEvIN OUR SALESMAN HERE.
Kevin made our buying experience very enjoyable, we didn't intend to buy that day,but working with Kevin added to our buying experience.
It's our first GMC purchase, but we will be back to Coughlin in the future.

They listened to what we were comfortable with and didn t try to sell us anything more. We worked with Brett Eisenhauer, I definitely would recommend asking for him.
