Comment : It was my 1st experience with the service dept. since my purchase (which was an outstanding experience on its own) and I could not be more satisfied! My service writer James explained to me what did and did not need to be performed at this time even though I requested a service without actually checking myself if it was actually needed. The quality of work done by the technician made me feel so confident about their experience and knowledge. How refreshing it is to be able to trust a service dept these days as opposed to often wondering if the recommended service actually needed to be performed.
