Comment : ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE “MECHANICS”Specifically Zac. Took my 2012 Silverado to be serviced due to hard start. After calling and texting for days with no answer I was finally told it was bad fuel. Then was told I would only have to pay $370.

Got the call today that the truck was done and runs great. Go to pick it up an the total was hundreds of dollars over my quote. Then the truck won’t start when I get in it. So I go back in and explain and everyone in that place got a mean attitude with me saying I declined spark plugs and wires which was news to me because they NEVER said anything about that.

Thanks coughlin. “Great” work.

Comment : I bought my wife a GMC Terrain Nov. 29, 2025. I was assigned a sales rep. Brett Eisenhaur. We met and I gave him details of exactly what my wife wanted for appointments on this new car. It was not on the lot. Brett understood where I stood on my purchase and knew I had done my homework and knew where this car was available in other cities within an hour drive. I explained that I wanted to buy local if we could reach an agreement. Brett found the car she wanted in an adjacent state and set up a dealer trade to bring it to me. Upon looking it over - it was what she wanted. There were a couple dealer prep items that needed to be done before it was ready and I didn't want to drive it home that day but I did want to pay for it. Finance was easy to work with. Deal was done. My wife and I picked the car up the next day and Brett took a great deal of time to acquaint my wife with all of the features and promised that he would be available to help with any further tutorial she might need. Brett kept all of the commitments I requested and I am very pleased with his many efforts to make sure we are satisfied customers.
This is the second vehicle I have bought from this location and I have been very satisfied with the service we were given.

Comment : This review is only for Parts. I have not bought a vehicle from this place. I ordered stuff through my chevy app, had it shipped to parts to save on shipping cost. I got 2 headphones. I asked the parts guy if he could tell me how to hook them up to my entertainment system in my car. he them told me that's above his paygrade. couple days later I call in because I canr figure it out. so I call in, still no help I get told to call the customer of the headphones brand because they don't know how to connect headphones. a week goes by I find out the headphones are not compatible with my car. I call parts again and ask what is the return policy for returning these. Once again no one knows. I get told to ask the manger once he gets back from lunch. how are you going to work in parts and not know how to do your job. When your job is to literally know stuff.
