Comment : After car shopping for over a month to find the right vehicle, we were well versed in what we did not like about shady dealerships and sales people. What a breath of fresh air it was to find a business with integrity. Thank you to the sales manager and our salesman Matt for putting an end to the pain and helping us get a great vehicle for a good price and treating us well in the process.

Comment : I took my 2018 jeep wrangler there for a recall on the clutch. There was absolutely nothing else wrong with my jeep, zero issues. 70K miles, no issues I got a video that said everything was good. They texted me shortly after the video was sent and said my vehicle was so dead my aux battery needed to be replaced, which was something I have to pay out of pocket. $430 later they tell me my vehicle is ready to go. I pick it up, the radio don’t work. Jared the man helping me said “ it’s just because it’s a new battery it will work it’s self out” so I left. 3 days passed spoiler alert 🚨 it didn’t work itself out. 🤯 I took it back there and they claimed they looked over everything and nothing was wrong. He said “coincidences happen every day”. I took it to Mchughs and now after Couglin had it and there is now 42 codes popping up all in relation to the aux battery. That’s not a coincidence.
Now my heat on my drivers side doesn’t work half the time, my radio doesn’t work at all and I have to keep the fuse for the radio out otherwise my vehicle will die. Why after having ZERO issues with my vehicle I get it back from COUGLIN with numerous issues? Why have I had zero issues with my vehicle ever being dead, zero issues with my radio, with my heat but I had it at couglin for a few days (after they said it would be less than 1 day) why now after they replaced my aux battery I have all these issues and all I’m told is “coincidences happen every day”.
