Was completed quicker than I expected but there was lack of communication with the service advisors. I got majority of my updates off their dashboard and when I?d call the service department no one was available and only returned my calls when the receptionist would escalate my concerns. I was an advisor so I know how dealing with warranty companies can be but I always made it a point to update my customers with any new information not wait for them to call me.
