Comment : Buyer beware: I am a 69 year old Man that is a retired Fireman, Safety has always played a big part of my life. On Sat. 3-22-25 I just bought a new 2024 Silverado. It is a great truck lots of bells and whistles except the salesman sold it to me with without having correct information or knowledge, he first met me in the lot and told me how great the truck was with all these great safety options and packages, he said he would show me and explain everything to me in witch he did, after I purchase the truck and was talking to the finance person, the salesman filled the truck with fuel and took it off demo mode in witch I did not know it had. On my way home I could not get the options of Adaptive cruse control, The crash avoidance, Nor the seat vibration alert, all safety items and a few others I needed help with. I felt something probably happen when he took it off demo mode. I called 1st thing Monday and I was told it may be a operator error but the Items are on the truck and he would help me get it on track. It took until Wednesday for the salesman to tell me the adaptive cruse and the crash avoidance are not on my truck. and until Friday 3-28-25 for them to tell me the seat alert was not on my truck. They also said they could NOT put these safety items on my truck. these are probably GMs top 3 safety feature, Without theses options this truck would not be setting in my driveway. The only thing the sales manager could do is offer me a 15% off of an after market accessory. To me that was an absolute insult that I am to give up safety for 15% off accessory. this is the safety of my family I am talking about.Buyer beware: I am a 69 year old Man that is a retired Fireman, Safety has always played a big part of my life. Comment : Chevrolet vehicles are overpriced junk. Transmission problems, electrical failures, and a complete lack of reliability. The worst part? Their service department treats you like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Stay away!

Comment : bsolutely disappointed with Chevrolet. The build quality is terrible, constant issues with the engine and electronics, and their customer service is a joke. Spent more time at the dealership than on the road. Never buying a Chevy again!
