Comment : The customer service was top notch. Both service techs working the intake desk were great. I explained my problem and made a statement that "I know it's not your problem, but I'm frustrated with the ongoing issues." The service tech replied, "Well it's our problem now." Great response and made me feel like they could empathize with my frustration. My truck was ready the following day and so far, it's working as intended. I will definitely be back.

Comment : Dan the Man had made my purchase the most comfortable and stress-free experience from a dealer and sales aspect. Although, to make this out of state purchase happen it took two and a half weeks to get this done (not on his end by due to insurance and credit union delays), Dan was always polite, understanding, patient and non-pushy at all. Dan deserves to finalize all the sales that may come his way. Additionally, to mention Jeremy in finances as well, he was great too. Jeremy did not harass extra add ons and warranty services. Thank you Coughlin Auto of London, as I will be a returning customer if I return to the market.

Comment : My wife and I had a great experience at Coughlin of London.
We were there to look at a car we saw online. Jerry Mahon the sale rep was very friendly and answered every question we had about the car. He was not pushy at all and just stood back as we checked the car out and test drove it. Jeremy Fields of the finance department was pleasant to talk to as we worked out the details of the purchase. We will be sure to stop here again for any future car shopping.

Comment : Wouldn't trust these guys are far as you can throw them.

Sold me a used Canyon for top dollar. The salesman told me thier mechanics said it had no issues and was a solid truck.

This was a huge lie, it has some transmission issues that will likely cost me a ton of cash to fix.

Of course they could care less since I've had the truck for a few weeks now and used sales are "as is".

Untrustworthy scammers, I wouldn't ever buy from this dealer again.

Comment : Buyer beware! Coughlin London sold us a junk car. After 5 months the engine needed replaced. They said their warranty was only for one month so we have to pay for it to be fixed. We had them replace the engine and a week later the check engine light is on! Their warranty is only valid at their business, so I have to drive it 45 min to them to look at it. Customer service is crap and so are their cars.
