Comment : I originally took my car to Cornerstone Automotive because I noticed a loose sound coming from the left tire. After inspecting it, they honestly told me that there was nothing wrong with it. Apparently, due to the type of car I have, that's just the sound it makes. I was really impressed by their honesty, and the best part is that they didn't charge me a dime for the inspection!A couple of weeks later, the spring coil on the passenger side snapped. I returned to Cornerstone Automotive because I trusted their honesty the first time. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. While my car was in the shop, they kept me updated regularly letting me know what was wrong, when they were going to fix it, and even explaining the cause of the delay with the tire. The level of communication and transparency was much appreciated, as you don t often get that kind of service elsewhere.I will definitely be making Cornerstone Automotive my go-to mechanic for any future issues with my car. Comment : Note to the People: Most of the 5 star reviews are from the customers of the old owners. The new owners are terrible people with zero dignity and RIP-OFF. Gave them a shot and took my my Mercury in. They made the rear differential problem worst and charged me again for the work. I was out of car for over a week, no courtesy car was given like other shops. And it's not just me. Look at other recent reviews. Comment : Everyone at Cornerstone Automotive is kind and honest. I have been bringing both of my cars there for the last 2 plus years and can???t say enough good things. Great service, great people.
