They greet people with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere. I hope they will continue this kind of service whether the owner is present or not. Kudos To all! 1 Reviews Randy sheesley GRANTS, NM Reviewed : 10/12/2026 Comment : Issue was identified quickly, a quote was provided for approval. The service manager Herbert is very knowledgeable with vehicles and was able to help with getting my fuel door unstuck and I was given a reasonable estimate of how much a new fuel door would cost. I don't like the fact that they charge soo much for a cabin filter and don't tell you until it is put in. Other than that everything else's great. 1 Reviews Steve sloan GRANTS, NM Reviewed : 09/28/2026 Comment : While traveling through New Mexico on my way home to Texas, my car broke down. I was not able to get it fixed in Grants, New Mexico. I realized I would have to buy a new car. I was happy to find Ed Corley Ford nearby. I looked at the used cars they had available and ended up purchasing a Toyota Camry. That was on June 12, 2026. Little did I know that it would take more than 3 months (103 days, to be exact!) to resolve the purchase. Ed Corley Ford was supposed to send the money I had paid for registration to Fort Worth, Texas within 30 days. My temporary license plate expired after 30 days so they sent me a new one. They also apologized for the delay and assured me that they would send the registration documentation and money to Texas right away. After many phone calls, I was finally able to talk to the main guy at Ed Corley Ford in early August. He assured me that the registration had been sent weeks ago. That was not true. I finally got my license plates over two months after making the purchase. However, before I could receive the license plates, I had to pay $160 in late fees. I tried to explain that it was not my fault and that the car dealer should have sent in the payment long ago. They told me I had to bring in up with the car dealer. I had to pay the $160, and then I requested a reimbursement through Ed Corley Ford. I had all the proof I needed, including a copy of the dated letter that they had sent to Texas along with my registration money. The title clerk asked me to provide her with all the necessary documentation, which I promptly did. During the next couple of weeks, I made at least 10 phone calls and left that many voice mails, all of which went unanswered until the title clerk finally called me back to explain that she was simply the title clerk and that she was waiting for the dealership to get back to her about my request for reimbursement. She also gave me the name of a different person to contact. I called that person and left a voicemail. No reply. I called again and left another voicemail, over and over again for the next couple of weeks. Finally, on September 23, a full 103 days after purchasing my vehicle, I received a reimbursement for the money that I was owed. Working with Ed Corley Ford was a dreadful experience. I would never buy another vehicle from them, and I strongly suggest to anyone tempted to make a purchase there to consider making a purchase at an alternative car dealer elsewhere. Ed Corley Ford is not worth the hassle. 1 Reviews Non ya GRANTS, NM Reviewed : 09/15/2026 Comment : Kevin, the supervisor is a liar and won't admit to his mistakes. He is under the impression that Stacey Corley is too busy to hear from his customers. The sales team will also ignore you after a sale is complete. I noticed a significant difference in the way they treated me. And yes, Kevin there is a problem and you failed to take care of it. 1 Reviews Charlie odell GRANTS, NM At around 130 miles on the new motor, I discovered multiple problems. Several brake lines under the hood were severely leaking due to improper torque. I also experienced electrical issues from day one, which are still ongoing two years later. After driving the truck from Grants to Carlsbad, NM, I noticed oil leaking everywhere. I brought it to Bill Grant's to have a new crate engine installed. After they completed the work, I was called to pick it up. Within about 30 miles of driving, the truck began blowing white and black smoke. I was forced to fix the issue myself because they refused to work on it further. At around 130 miles on the new motor, I discovered multiple problems.
