I brought in my Nissan truck right at the 100,000-mile mark because it was starting to shake and rattle, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. Even though they were clearly busy, their customer service never slipped for a second. They went above and beyond with communication--keeping me updated every couple of hours so I always knew exactly what was going on. That level of transparency is rare and incredibly appreciated. What really blew me away was the turnaround time. They completed all my struts and suspension work in just 24 hours, and the difference in how my truck drives is night and day. Comment : I usually don't write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. Corky's is the best auto repair shop that I have ever been to. That saying a lot because I am 73 years old and taken my cars to a lot of auto repair shops. Each time I been to Corky's their service and repair work was outstanding. Their honest and will not ask you to replace something that your car doesn't need. Their pricing has always been less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend them.

Comment : Knew I had a problem, wasn't sure if it was radiator hoses or water pump. Was radiator. Also Alan pointed out other work that should be per formed. My choice and I agreed. Had bought truck used and never did anything other then oil changes. Will be scheduling future work. Trans and diffential service. Everything looked good 3yr 36,000 mile warranty.
