Comment : Brought my car here for collision repair through a Progressive claim and the whole process was smooth. Good communication throughout, quality work, and the car was in great shape at pickup. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Comment : I brought my vehicle to cope collision about a year ago. I was not gonna leave a review, but this one really stewed on me at first they told insurance it was gonna cost $13,000 to fix the vehicle insurance agreed they moved forward then they told insurance it was gonna cost $18,000. They agreed and moved forward at the end of the project after putting the vehicle back together they told insurance they were not gonna release the vehicle until they paid them another $3000 seem better off. I went to go pick up my vehicle and there was a noticeable Softball size concave dent below the door handle of my vehicle. When I asked the manager he said that's the way we received it from the car manufacturer wouldn't you think a collision center would go through some sort of quality control check before handing the vehicle over to the customer they also broke the pocket of the inside of my door panel when I asked what we could do about that they said they could take the car back in to see if it was their fault. after what I had experienced. Do you think I would've wanted to do that. If anyone mentions the name cope collision for you to bring your car there I would run far away thank you for reading. This was just my experience.

Comment : Cope keeps you informed frequently with the progress of their repairs. They completed quicker than promised and the repairs make the car look like new once again. I have gone other places, but Cope always does the best work, their standards are just better.

Comment : Had some front fender and headlight damage from an animal strike. My 2024 F150 was in perfect condition prior to that. I was concerned it would not be again but Cope proved me wrong. It looks fantastic. Not only did they fix it but they battled with my insurance company to do it correctly.
