Comment : I had recalls for the back up camera, drive shaft, steering damper and tailgate on my F-450. I called several dealerships and was told that they couldn't get to the work until late January or February. I called Cook Ford and Corey told me to bring the truck in and he would order the parts. I brought it in, he ordered the parts and when they arrived the next day I brought it back and they made the recall repairs. I have had my truck serviced there before and I'm completely satisfied and happy with Cook Ford's service department. I highly recommend them for all your needs.
