Comment : Convoy Auto Repair is usually an acceptable service option due to their prices (better than dealer), and transparency, (which allows me to do the more expensive jobs myself). I take my Kia here for warranty purposes due to them being certified to work on those cars. However, my most recent experience left a sour taste in my mouth. During a routine tire rotation, a technician broke one of the lug nut studs. I was promptly notified that critical action was required. Once the service advisor called me, I was told that this repair would cost 280 dollars. Unless the shop is willing to make things right and offer a reduced cost for this repair I will not be coming back.

Comment : Had to take my car back a 2nd time for them to get it right. A part they put on was defective and was draining my coolant and engine oil. They kept my car for another two days. I was forced to spend more money on Ubers. They also never offer me a triple a discount or any type of discount for being a returning customer. Not a very good feeling when going in there.

Comment : Great results. Roman was super responsive in getting me a quote, which was literally half of what the dealer wanted, and when I called back, Joe picked up the ball seamlessly. I called around to the top 5 Yelp recommended repair shops, and Convoy wasn't the cheapest, but they were head and shoulders above the rest in professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy, and they weren't hugely more in price- maybe 10%. Hopefully I'll never again have any car troubles, but if I do, Convoy will be my first call.

Comment : Roman and Joe are incredibly amazing. They suggested a good tow truck company to get my car to their shop. Then on the day it arrived, they managed to replace all 4 fuel injectors and do an oil change before the day's end. They were helpful, polite, honest, and performed the work at a much lower cost than the VW dealership. Car has been running like a champion again. Thanks, fellas. Will definitely come back for future car repairs.

Comment : Clear and blatant greedflation! Came with a dead car. Changed two parts, charged more than twice the market price. Did offer shuttle service but didn?t even diagnose or try to explain the problem the same day. $95 charge for diagnosis even after a discount is applied. Missed another red flag from engine light, had to check with other auto shop with free diagnostics to find out the catalytic converter was faulty. Expensive rip off!
