Comment : Needed some parts put together for my transmission. I like Many people don t understand cars much. So it s hard to trust people. But I knew I needed help. And they were patient with me. Lowered the price for me a bit too. They made a payment plan with me so that I could get it paid down eventually. They worked real quick and worked with my busy schedule. Comment : I highly recommend Continental transmission. These guys do excellent work and great communication. They rebuilt the transmission in my wife s Cadillac, very professional, they pick up and deliver for free only took two days and the vehicle was delivered, Quality work done fast, the thing shifts better and smoother than it did brand new. Comment : Overall, It was a great experience! They don't charge for diagnostics, unlike other places that would charge $100 or more. I gave them a call, took my car in, and they were able to diagnose the issue the same day. Steve is a very nice guy, and everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and helpful. Their positive attitude and understanding of their customers' situations made it a great experience. Comment : Great place! I got a rebuild transmission Steve was Great explaining everything to me. But a couple day later it was leaking fluid.. Not to worry I call them up, and they came the very next day No charge. Waiting to hear back from them Now and get my truck back. Hopefully a seal or something little things Happen! Comment : My Suburban broke down in Niagar falls Saturday morning. They towed me in that day and when the shop opened back up on Monday my tranny was rebuilt perfectly at the end of the work day and I was able to continue home back to Syracuse that evening. Great work guys!!!!!
