Comment : I can not say enough wonderful things about how terrific Continental Transmission is!! First: The incredible staff + owner, Second: The exceptional customer care + service provided and Third: High quality work the mechanics do!! What a team Patrick Glenn has & especially his General Manager-Jeffery Blake!I went into my garage & the smell of gasoline was intense. I could see there was something leaking from my newly leased vehicle. Not sure exactly what to do, I took a video & sent it to Jeff. He suspected it was mix of gas & oil leaking from my car. He did not hesitate to respond with my safety in mind first, telling me not to drive it and that he would have a tow truck sent immediately. Knowing how hectic my work day as well as the week was going to be, how was I to find time in an already jammed packed work & parenting schedule, to not have my car?! Well not only did they have the tow truck quickly bring my car into their auto shop but also had my car back to me that same day. They saved me time & so much stress to seamlessly still fulfill all my work + parental commitments!! CT was so efficient & awesome on how they handled this particular car situation!! Honestly the best in the business!!! THANK YOU to Patrick, Jeff & all their wonderful staff/mechanics!!!I can not say enough wonderful things about how terrific Continental Transmission is!! Comment : The guys here are so nice and helpful! The waiting room is comfortable and everybody is so pleasant. They are very upfront with prices and anything they notice that may need addressing. Definitely on my list of reliable shops!

Comment : My transmission went in my car and I had it towed to Continental Transmission in West Seneca. I dealt with a man named Bill, I tell you he went in my opinion way out of his way for me. Mind you it's a 12 yr old car that I purchased 2 yrs ago, he called where I purchased it and was given the warranty number. He was able to get most of it paid for. He was absolutely wonderful, kept me informed every step of the way. All the employees their are wonderful, I've never been to an automotive place where everybody their were so helpful! They have a wonderful boss who truly cares about his employees, it was very nice meeting him. I highly recommend them and will be going back! Comment : Highly recommend this shop! I'm from out of town and travel to Buffalo on weekends for work. I lost heat in my SUV and given the cold temps (and it was a weekend right after Christmas) I needed it fixed right away.. They got me in quickly and had my heat fixed in no time! Very reasonable prices and more importantly honest mechanics! Unfortunately they can be hard to come by now a days. I can not say enough about how amazing everyone was. If you're looking for a shop that you can trust, this is your place! I will absolutely return should the need arise. Thank you to everyone who helped me!Highly recommend this shop! Comment : The service coordinator was knowledgeable and friendly. Their service work price was significantly less then the dealership and competitive repair shop. The work was completed on time and no hidden costs. I would highly recommend them.
