Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : These folks are like dealing with a family member. Most places make you feel like you are bothering them and rush you out the door. Darren and Sue couldn't have been more nice. Darren knocked out the estimate and Sue was cordial the entire time. I got my appointment and, like a dummy, I brought my vehicle in a week early. Darren said leave it that they might get to it between the other cars. I got it back and the body work looked great. You can't even tell where the damage was done. And the vehicle was washed. I couldn't be happier with the service. If you need body work done on your vehicle, this is the place. Hopefully, I won't need their service again but I won't hesitate to return if needed. Thanks for the great work!

Comment : I had a fantastic experience with Contemporary Auto. They were incredibly quick to complete the job and their pricing was more than fair. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both efficient and honest, but these folks nailed it. Highly recommend if you want quality work without the sticker shock.
