Comment : These guys are absolutely clueless. Mac was a nice guy and all, but dude did not communicate a thing to me. Needed two new tires and the orders were wrong, no communication about it throughout. Waited 4 days didn t hear a thing from them until I called them back myself. Guy Ordered the wrong number of tires. It was a mess.

Comment : I'm here right now as they work on my box truck. These guys are like mechanic detectives. They really try and find the issue, and no price gouging. Another mechanic told me 2 times the price i paid here. The front desk is really help and they are very nice. I'm a firm believer in a good doctor, dentists and mechanic you stick to them. Comment : I had Consumer Tire in Chardon perform a wheel alignment on a 2009 Subaru Legacy that I recently purchased. The front end was in good condition with no loose components, but way out of alignment. The steering wheel was off, and the car did not drive well. After aligning the car drives straight as an arrow and the steering wheel is perfectly centered. They had the best price, and soonest available appointment. I dropped my car off the night before and picked up before lunch the next day. I also received text updates and a call to let me know my car was done.The biggest plus is they did not try to up sell me a bunch of things that I didn't need. I scheduled an alignment, and that's what ai got with no upsell. Comment : Loved this business when it was the old ownership. New owners took over in the last year. Now I will never use them again. Setup an appointment to have them check my car for steering vibration. When the car was dropped off they said they didn't know anything about me bringing it in and then told me there wasn't any vibration and charged me 40 dollars. They also are no longer open on Saturday so pretty much couldn't use them if I had to. The only reason the business shows an overall high rating is because of the prior owners.Loved this business when it was the old ownership. New owners took over in the last year.
