Comment : I truly appreciate their service. I have been in the area for more than 10 years and have worked with many mechanics, but I have rarely encountered a team that is as trustworthy, respectful, and transparent as they are. They treat my car as if it were their own, never recommend unnecessary work, and always provide clear, honest advice. Please keep up the excellent work ? you are truly the best.

Debby at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, patient and an all-around pleasure to speak with.
At pickup, Chuck came into the lobby to go over the work done and what he found that may need to be addressed in the coming future, as well as, addressed a concern I mentioned upon scheduling.
He checked minor things, such as, air filter, tire life and more. His findings and aftercare review matched up with the work I've completed on my own, of which, he provided an accurate assessment of those parts and did not try to say that they needed to be addressed (like some of the dealerships in the area). As for work I have not completed myself, he addressed those - Ex. Air Filter, I completely forgot about it, but will do it myself
They did not hassle or try to coerce me into getting the other work done there immediately (Filter, Tire rotation, 2 New Tires, etc) and did not get upset when I said I'd do it myself (Again, unlike some of the dealerships and major corporations in our area who try to pressure clients into leaving their car with them and fork over more dough)
Definitely found my main service shop from here on out and to think they've been just up the road this whole time. No more calling around for scheduling and quotes from 10-20 or more different shops from Colonie to Burnt Hills.

Comment : Deion , Speaking , Visiting Consaul Auto For the First time . I first spoke to Debbie on the Phone she was very exuberant and full of Energy ,very kind ,patient and Understanding and then in person she was Very Positive and Highly Passionate about helping Others and Providing the best Service which made me Feel So at Home . I did a Google Research and i saw that Chuck her husband worked on Electric Issues which is Very Rare to come Accross in the Whole Capital Region ,he knee how to find the issue really fast and it was a little plug in for my issue. Its Amazing To Find Someone thats been a Expert and that has worked for 20 years of experience besides the dealership. I Definetly got Lucky by finding this Shop from a Google Search This saved me time Energy and Money . I am Highly Grateful , i will be coming here for now on especially performance issues and electric . Im Blessed . You all Are Amazing .
