They advertised free plugs and tire rotations and I stopped in and asked if they could plug it real quick. They said no problem and took care of me right away even though they were really busy. They were so kind and did not act like it was a nuisance or anything. I will buy tires From them again and again. It was on my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. There was a nail that was too close to the side of the tire and could not be repaired. Because the vehicle is an AWD I had to purchase 2 tires. Not what I had expected with all the other expenses of recently moving to the area. Dan (service writer) gave me my options, they had 2 comparable tires in stock and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks for the service. Next vehicle I own will not be AWD FOR SURE! I took my wife’s SUV in for a ball joint repair and explained we work in Cleveland and needed it done that day. They did everything in their power to make that happen and as a result we both did not miss a day of work saving us hundreds of dollars! They were very nice and respectful and the work was great.
