Comment : Be very careful in getting work done here. I was told I needed brakes all the way around my car for a cost of $1268.00. This didn't sound right in both categories. Took it to another shop and was told I only need front brakes cost 270.00. I asked if I needed them all around what the cost would be and he said 660.00.

Comment : Typically got my oil changes here. However, on the most recent oil change they put the wrong oil in my truck. I drove 700 mi before realizing.
My mechanic believes it caused some damage. The DM argues otherwise.
My engine calls for a certain oil due to its design.
When I went in to have them drain it and put the correct in, even the guy at the front desk was confused and said " I don't know why they would put that oil in an engine that old".

Needless to say they lost my business.

Comment : I was in town visiting so truck problems could have wrecked my weekend, but I feel very fortunate to have found this shop right next to my hotel. I love the video diagnostic, and my truck was done same day. If I lived nearby, I'd bring my vehicles to these guys for everything.

Comment : Unfortunately, it took me three visits to this location for them to get the repairs done correctly. The first visit I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm for tire installation and balancing as well as wheel alignment. I get a phone call at 5:15pm saying that they are just now starting on my car. How does that work when you close at 6pm? I picked up my car that day and decided to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the week after to have the tires installed and balanced. The second visit, everything went smoothly except the wheel alignment was not done properly and my vehicle pulled to the right when steering wheel was centered. I make yet ANOTHER appointment to have the wheel alignment done correctly and by this time, you can just tell the employees were tired of dealing with me. It s not my fault you guys can t perform repairs correctly. I was also shown no paperwork or verification of the wheel alignment being completed either time I was there. To anyone looking to get their car serviced here, go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.Unfortunately, it took me three visits to this location for them to get the repairs done correctly.
