Comment : If I could of given a ZERO star I would of. Customer service was lacking at my first hello. It was my first time in, & was so disrespected, that I walked out before service was started. I like supporting local businesses but, I will not return to this location.

Comment : I bought my tires here over a year ago and I ran into a major issue today with a screw in my tire. They advertised free plugs and tire rotations and I stopped in and asked if they could plug it real quick. They said no problem and took care of me right away even though they were really busy. They were so kind and did not act like it was a nuisance or anything. I will buy tires From them again and again. I highly suggest this store!

Comment : I needed a tire inspected for a leak. It was on my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. There was a nail that was too close to the side of the tire and could not be repaired. Because the vehicle is an AWD I had to purchase 2 tires. Not what I had expected with all the other expenses of recently moving to the area. Dan (service writer) gave me my options, they had 2 comparable tires in stock and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks for the service. Next vehicle I own will not be AWD FOR SURE! And, I think the price and wait time was less than the factory dealer (Marhoffer Chevy-Stow)!!!
