Comment : I was in town visiting so truck problems could have wrecked my weekend, but I feel very fortunate to have found this shop right next to my hotel. I love the video diagnostic, and my truck was done same day. If I lived nearby, I'd bring my vehicles to these guys for everything.

Comment : Unfortunately, it took me three visits to this location for them to get the repairs done correctly. The first visit I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm for tire installation and balancing as well as wheel alignment. I get a phone call at 5:15pm saying that they are just now starting on my car. How does that work when you close at 6pm? I picked up my car that day and decided to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the week after to have the tires installed and balanced. The second visit, everything went smoothly except the wheel alignment was not done properly and my vehicle pulled to the right when steering wheel was centered. I make yet ANOTHER appointment to have the wheel alignment done correctly and by this time, you can just tell the employees were tired of dealing with me. It s not my fault you guys can t perform repairs correctly. I was also shown no paperwork or verification of the wheel alignment being completed either time I was there. To anyone looking to get their car serviced here, go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.Unfortunately, it took me three visits to this location for them to get the repairs done correctly. Comment : I have gone here multiple times giving them chance after chance and they just keep messing up.Once they forgot to bleed the air from the brake lines after getting brake fluid changed and I had to bring the car back in the next day, when I was supposed to be at work, but couldn't cause my breaks were spongey and dangerous. That mistake alone is enough to never go here again as that could've gotten me in an accident as my brakes just quit working efficiently when I was driving the next day.Plus there were a couple times where I'm told I can bring my vehicle in at a certain time for them to look at it after I speak with someone on the phone, but I get there and they say that they won't be able to get to it that day to check it out and I would need to drop it off. Which was not what I was told over phone earlier that day.And lastly I took a vehicle here for troubleshooting something with the coolant valve, and the employee tells me the parts they need would take months to get here as it's in backorder and there's nothing I or they could do. Which I then take it to another mechanic and they had the issue resolved in 3 days.This place is amateurish at best with their knowledge and customer service. I write this review based on multiple negative experiences with them, and especially with them causing me to have to bring my car back in the next day for them to finish their job the first time.
