The technicians failed to do this. Also, whenever there is a new tire installation, the valve stem is supposed to be replaced. I could tell that they failed to do this. I'm sick and tired of all the shortcutting that goes on in these places. Be sure to double check these things before you leave the premises.I requested that my (4) new tires to be installed, be set to 35 P.S.I. The technicians failed to do this. Obviously they did not top it off even though it was checked off. I called they said it wouldn???t happen again. On 10/21/24 another $94 oil change no problem. Next day my wife???s wiper washer not working.I PUT ALMOST AN ENTIRE GALLON OF WIPER FLUID IN. Never ever again. Stay clear of this tire shop if you are in the Macedonia area (or just Conrad's Tire places in general)! My boyfriend got two "new" tires for his van...do these look NEW to you? And what's with all the messy grease sealant? Come on! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. After complaining to corporate--we were told "tough luck." Totally unprofessional and will never be back. Buy your tires literally ANYWHERE else but here!Can we say ZERO stars?
