Comment : all a customer is looking for is to be treated fair and honest for what they pay for, that trust has been broken, I had a passenger side control arm and new tie rod ends installed by my mechanic, then payed for alignment at Conrad's Macedonia, went back before warranty was up and asked if they could put steering wheel back to 12 o clock position but car rides fine. counter guy Timothy and mechanic said I needed to replace passenger side control arm since bushings were shot and road test shows car pulling hard to left which it does not, then pay for new alignment. I explained that part was new when I had alignment, Tim told mechanic to drop car and give back to customer. 2 days later took car back to my mechanic and said front end was solid with no movement. Conrad's rep asked if I could bring car back to make this right, I said no, didn't want to give them the opportunity to touch my car again.

Comment : The customer care team is super helpful and they help to handle my issue nicely and they fix all of my problem and it is cheap better to get it here that Toyota and other shops

Comment : The service technician was knowledgeable and patient. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a reasonable time, while providing a video of the problem needing repairs.
The facility was clean, with seating for the customers.
Definitely worth a return visit.
