Comment : I had a screw in my tire that I was able to remove but could not get it patched. I went up on a Saturday which I knew was a busy day for them and asked if there was any way they could patch it. I was told I had to leave it but they'd make it work. I got a call a couple hours later that it was done and ready. Any other place could have told me they were too busy and brush it off, but Conrad's really helped me out!

Comment : We had been using Conrads for ~10 years with mostly good results. The last year, however, they have had significant problems. Three of my vehicles went in for service and experienced problems and took three times longer than expected. The last episode, which involved replacing one tire, turned into an ordeal where the job was going to take a week. Two other shops in the city could do it in one day, and were $50 cheaper. We've moved on.

Comment : Hours from leaving on vacation, with a tire loosing air. Got me in right away and took care of me. Pulled a roofing nail from the tire
and repaired tire. Thank you to the Manager Mary Harrison.

Comment : I thought I needed four tire pressure sensors and made an appointment for same. Turns out I only needed one, another place might have just charged me for four of them but they were honest and upfront, only charged me for what I needed. Nice people to work with and will take my business there in the future.
