Comment : Took my beat up 2015 Mazda3 in for an oil change and diagnosis of several other problems. They did the oil change and found the major issues. They were open and honest with me and advised me it would probably be smarter to invest in a new vehicle due to the extensive repairs required, which I really respected. I was able to put thousands of dollars I would have spent on repairs toward a new vehicle instead. Thanks, Mike!

Comment : We had all new tires replaced on our cars at a different Conrad’s location. One of the tires went flat, this location could get us in right away and fix the problem immediately. Very thankful, Bob & Shawn were awesome to work with. Thank you so much!

Comment : Setup online appointment and received a phone call to drop off my vehicle instead of waiting when I only have one vehicle. I had to reschedule my appointment for over 24 hours later due to a shortage of staff. Work was completed quickly during the appointment and I found the inside of my car dirty (oily) afterwards. I have used this location many times before, but this one was very disappointing. My $79.99 oil change cost over $120 due to 2 extra quarts of oil? I've spent a lot of money here, but that will not continue.
