Took my call about an hour before close and told me to come right down to get my tire plugged.. they had to put the original tire back on as I was riding on a donut, plus my hubcap needed snapped back on, and they were done within the hour! Comment : Women Beware!The stereotype is true here. The employees tried to upsell me twice when I brought my car in unexpectedly for a flat. They told me I badly needed breaks and I was informed by my long time mechanic two days later that my husband had my entire break system replaced a little more than a year ago. Comment : When making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I gave them the year, make, and model. When I arrived days later, I was informed they didn't have the correct filter, so they called a local oil change place to buy one. After waiting for an hour, they finally pulled my SUV in for the service. A few minutes later the tech advised they didn't have the oil it required but asked if I wanted a different oil. Of course I said no. A second tech came out from the back and said he would NOT want to use any other oil than what was recommended by the manufacturer. I was told to call back on Friday to talk to the manager about getting the correct oil and what the cost would be. What a joke! They should be calling me, not the other way around. When I got back in my vehicle, they had a reminder sticker of when I needed to come back for the next oil change. They got that wrong too. My vehicle requires a change at 10K or 1 year, not at 6K. I know they are in the business of selling oil, but that is infuriating. I usually go to the dealership for any service but since this place was right around the corner I wanted to save time and thought they were reputable.
