Comment : When making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I gave them the year, make, and model. When I arrived days later, I was informed they didn't have the correct filter, so they called a local oil change place to buy one. After waiting for an hour, they finally pulled my SUV in for the service. A few minutes later the tech advised they didn't have the oil it required but asked if I wanted a different oil. Of course I said no. A second tech came out from the back and said he would NOT want to use any other oil than what was recommended by the manufacturer. I was told to call back on Friday to talk to the manager about getting the correct oil and what the cost would be. What a joke! They should be calling me, not the other way around. When I got back in my vehicle, they had a reminder sticker of when I needed to come back for the next oil change. They got that wrong too. My vehicle requires a change at 10K or 1 year, not at 6K. I know they are in the business of selling oil, but that is infuriating. I usually go to the dealership for any service but since this place was right around the corner I wanted to save time and thought they were reputable. Comment : Couple weeks ago I had a flat tire and came in 45mn til closing and they said they would not help me to come back another day. The older sounding guy was very rude to me. Especially for a place that takes walk in. A 1 tire plug Fix would have taken 15mns and they only had one car and 3 techs back there working. So I put air in my tire and went to NTB. They were closing in 5mns and they still helped me. He was so kind and I tipped the tech $20 since he stayed over to help me when I was in need. Just go to NTB. Conrad's does not care about you at all.
