Comment : Questioning how this place is still in business.

Scheduled service for tires and brakes. Dropped the car off and brakes completed same day. They told me I have to bring the car back another day as they sold me tires that were not in stock. Whatever, sure.
Bring it back later in the week at 9am, promised to have it completed by 2pm. No communication, so I call to check. Nope not done. So we call again. It’s now 6:30pm. They said we can’t give it back to you because all the lights are on on the dashboard and the technician won’t be in again until tomorrow.
Well I have to pick the car up as I can’t just not go to work. So I show up go and get the keys, and no lights are on. Why lie??

A few months later, against my better judgement, I have a nail in the tire. The only reason I went back is because the tires are warranted through Conrad’s. Stopped into the store and was told they need to order the tire. They said they’d call tomorrow when the tire arrives. Fine.
No call in the morning so I called, only to find out the tire has been in since the morning. Super, I drop the car off. Waiting….no word as it’s an hour before close. I call them, only to find that they ordered the wrong tire. And they tossed the old tire.. Now they have to find the old tire to be put back on. And they have to reorder it again, and told me to bring it back yet again.
I gave them a second chance to right their wrong, but they just keep getting everything wrong. What a joke this place is.

Comment : WOW !!! Really good folks at this place. My 82 year old mother had her tire alert show in her car and she stopped at your place and was helped and got some air in her tires and the tech checked the rest of the tires as well. I asked, out of curiosity, what was the charge for that and she said none, but did indeed tip the worker :) Bless you for lookin' out for my mom :)

Comment : Disappointed and Frustrated – Still Waiting for a Proper Repair

I brought my car to Conrad’s Reminderville in May because of a loud, deep grumbling noise coming from the back. They diagnosed and repaired the right side, which cost a considerable amount. I was told the left side also needed repair, but I couldn’t afford it at the time.

When I returned in July
to have the left side fixed, I also paid for an oil change and brake service during that visit. Despite all of this, the original noise persisted exactly as before. It’s incredibly frustrating to have spent so much money and still be dealing with the same issue.

Now I’m being told I need to come back again and pay another large sum to repair the same area. I’ve already invested significantly in this issue, and the problem remains unresolved. The original concern—the loud, grumbling noise from the back of the car—has not been fixed after two visits and multiple services.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience has shaken my confidence. I sincerely hope management will take responsibility and make this right.

Comment : Friendly, honest service! They were thorough in checking out my vehicle and even though the fix was more complicated and requires a trip to the dealer, they took the time to explain it me. I really appreciate the great customer service. It’s so rare these days. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Conrad’s - Reminderville.

Comment : Not sure what has happened to this place (Reminderville location) over the last couple years. The customer service has just fallen off so bad. Used to have oil changes and all my tire purchases done here. Prices have gotten too high for me and the service is no longer what it used to be. 2 hour waits for a tire rotation when I have an appointment is just unacceptable. Don’t make the appointment if you can’t do the job in a reasonable amount of time.
