Comment : Not sure what has happened to this place (Reminderville location) over the last couple years. The customer service has just fallen off so bad. Used to have oil changes and all my tire purchases done here. Prices have gotten too high for me and the service is no longer what it used to be. 2 hour waits for a tire rotation when I have an appointment is just unacceptable. Don’t make the appointment if you can’t do the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Comment : They attached other car's mileage information on my sticker and gave me the note that my rear brakes worn to 1mm, pads and rotors Should be replaced ASAP.I bought new pads and rotors and found the thickness of my rear braker is around 5mm???which is unnecessary to replace it ASAP. I called them to let them notify the car's driver who really needs to replace pads and rotors ASAP.They attached other car's mileage information on my sticker and gave me the note that my rear brakes worn to 1mm, pads and rotors Should be replaced ASAP. ???More
