Comment : Conrad’s has been great to us for 9 years. Just recently we were heading out of town with our 4 kids to see family for the holidays and my check engine light came on. Chris, the service manager, squeezed us in and had our car fixed in an hour so we could hit the road. Wonderful service throughout almost a decade!

Comment : Got a vehicle from my uncle, he said this place did all his work. Found broken bolt heads on the coil packs, maf sensor harness was broken and taped up. Poor service!!!!

Comment : Haven taken our cars to Conrad's for years. Always super friendly. They get me in fairly quickly. They always complete the job on time. I believe they are honest and don't recommend unnecessary repairs. I really like the video inspections/explanations they provide. I won't go anywhere else.

Comment : Would not recommend this place. Had my husbands Jeep in 3x and every time something else wrong with it. Looks like they put the wrong antifreeze in it last time. Will never take a vehicle back here.

Comment : Legit a shop full of supposed mechanics and not one of them could figure out how to start a push start car manually with the key. Waited until the end of the day (or shop close for most mechanic) to call me and tell me to come pick up my car because none of them knew how to start a push start manually even though I explained it before I left! Needless to say ill be taking my business else where from now on period. If mechanics dont know that simple situation, id hate for them to work on something serious in my car. Absolutely wild. Go to Firestone down the street and dont waste your time here.
