Comment : Not reliable for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Dropped car off with appointment and 23 hours later they forgot to pull my car in to do the work. Won't be back even after spending way too much for tires that included free tire rotation. And spending too much for a alignment I probably didn't need earlier this year.
Do better because I purposely do my best to avoid this place in the first place! This place never tries to do better year after year.

Comment : Went to take my daughter car in for an oil change made appointment at 8 didn't leave till 10, because they decided to take someone else and change their tires on their trailer. Like I didn't see what they were doing then had the nerve to say my daughter's car had a nail in it, which it did not because comware. It always shows you the nail after they fixed the tire. Neither one was done. Not happy with the service in vermilion

Comment : Normally have no problems but made an appt for tire pressure system but didnt have time same day to fix even though an appointment was made?? Then say they can do same day but it will take longer?? what is the point of an appointment time.

Comment : Horrible service. Took my 2025 Cadillac for oil change. They called and said they needed to charge me 140.00 for new lug nut and post. Mine was stripped. My car has 15k miles. I said no, there was nothing wrong when I brought it to you. They sent me on my way with 4 lug nuts on a Saturday. Totally unsafe! Another guy was there arguing with them about damage to his jeep. Stay away!

Comment : Took my 2025 Cadillac up for an oil change. They called and tried to upsale me a service. Said no, called back and said I needed a new lug nut and post for over 140.00. I said no! They sent me on my way on a Saturday with my car that wasn't she to drive. Horrible service.

Comment : RUN - don't walk to this shop!!! What a fabulous establishment!
Our son was on a trip 3.5 hours from home when his car started to malfunction, lights went on, transmission was slipping....he chose Conrad's blindly from the AAA website. From start to finish the guys at Conrad's were honest, forthcoming, prompt to respond, and thorough. They sent us videos of what was wrong or what they were doing step by step. We were so concerned that the car might be in more trouble than it was worth, and we would have to tow it home. It was a pretty stressful 36 hours - but Conrad's diagnosed the problem, fixed the vehicle, communicated with us and our son , and he was able to drive the car home safely from Ohio to New York. We could have not had a better experience and the guys from Conrad's were the best. If I lived anywhere near there this would be my go to shop!
