Comment : Took my car here for an oil change and it started acting weird afterwards. Bogged down like the engine had to work harder. Then took it to valvoline and they asked who did the last oil change because they had put 2.5 quarts more oil in than they should have. The issues my car was having were d/t this! Also Conrad’s always tries to sell you things you don’t need and they will break stuff and then be like “we decided to replace this part because the old one was plastic.” They are just sketchy and not straight forward and it always cost more than it should.

Comment : Took my Jeep in for an exhaust leak charged me $800 for exhaust manifold. Gaskets said it was fixed was still ticking when I took it home so I drove straight back. They said the heat shield off the catalytic converter was ticking so they strapped it because they didn’t put the bolts back in And it’s still ticking. They didn’t fix the original issue But atleast there was an attempt to correct the “fix” have another Saturday to correct it I
