Comment : Took in a 2014 Buick Enclave that had an overheating issue they quoted me $12,200 for a used engine replacement. Took it somewhere else more trusted and it was a $400 fix & the vehicle is fine. Complete scammers. Car overheated one day due to a cracked hose leaking coolant which they did identify, but then tried to say the head gasket was warped so a total engine replacement was necessary. Car was driven maybe 2-3 minutes total in an overheated state just trying to pull off and figure out what was happening so it seemed fishy that much damage had occurred so quickly. Another more trusted mechanic replaced the hose and did a few other things for $400 & let it run and the vehicle is fine, they identified no head gasket issue. Really tried to get me for the price of a new vehicle. Insane. Don't go here for anything more than tires. 👎👎

Management of appointment times is not good. I had an appointment at 11 am and the car wasn't ready until almost 2 pm. I couldn't leave because I didn't have alternate transportation. In a very nonchalant tone, I was told there were 8 cars ahead of me when I arrived and they didn't have enough employees to do the work.

Comment : Absolutely terrible service. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and left with my air pressure monitor light stuck on. Every time I reset it, it came right back. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they flat-out refused. Midas in Mentor took care of for free, no questions asked.

To make things worse, my fianc?e’s appointment was delayed by hours and they never even got around to doing her oil change. Completely disorganized, careless, and clearly under zero competent management. Avoid this place like the plague. You’ll waste your time and leave with more problems than you came in with.

Comment : Went to get New tires, Tires replaced and balanced asked to keep 2 off the best older tires for spares written in work order, went to pick up the car was charged $200 more apparently for wheel alignment that I had previously done 2 weeks prior! and never asked for this time around, Then got told my brakes may need change while they were done 2 weeks ago also lol then they had thrown out the older tires I asked them to keep 2 of the best for me that I even marked for them.. I'm going to have to say that more training and checking is needed from their staff or they will end up losing clients to competitors
