Comment : People there were nice and the job was done nicely, but brake pads and rotors for a 2020 Kia Optima cost over $1,000... a bit too high in my opinion.
- 57% up-charge on parts ($336 from NAPA website vs $589 they charged).
- Labor was $322.90 + $122.95 service fee + shop fee
To me, a price of about $650-$700 seems reasonable given the total to buy everything that was installed is under $350. Happy to pay the labor but just be fair on the parts.

Comment : Service conditions that I agreed upon were not met. When I pointed this out and asked to be charged reasonably for failing to do what was agreed upon, I was ignored completely. They gave estimates for things I did not ask for and did not offer any resolution

Comment : Website says appointments are recommended. Made an appointment on Tuesday for winter tires installation on Friday. Got there 15 minutes early. It is now over an hour and car not even moved. Another customer comes in AFTER me, same appointment time. That car goes right in. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF TIMES ARE NOT HONORED??? They say customer service is paramount. Comment : I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or for automotive service. The guys there have all become my friends.To write everything good that has happened to me there would take a book. Negative experiences would be a blank page.

Comment : Took my car in for a tire repair. They said it was not repairable. Fine, I knew that was a possibility. I was fine with replacing one tire.They told me that the other 3 needed replacing.The wouldn't replace the one without replacing all 4. I was told it was a liability. Now, the other 3 tires were older but by no means bald or in any danger to the safety the vehicle. I guess they thought they had me since care has no spare. 1 was told that if I didn't like it, I could pick it up and have someone else deal with it. They were run flats, so I did. Not selling me just the one tire was completely ridiculous. Fraudulent. Avoid this company/location if you are looking for a trustworthy shop.Took my car in for a tire repair. Comment : My company Car got a flat in the parking lot of conrad's fifteen minutes before closing. Brian, the service manager and the tire installer, That put my tire on and plugged it took care of me and I appreciate it a 100%. Definitely will be back!
