I overheard a conversation between a Customer and the manager. Conrads was honest to admit a workers mistake and they are going to correct the problem caused by Conrad's. The last time will be the LAST time. I went in for an anti-freeze leak and tire kept losing pressure. I was told nothing was leaking and the tire was fixed. When I picked the car up the tire pressure was low. I was told "The problem was fixed on Saturday and you didn't pick it up until Monday; it can lose pressure"! Really?? I woke up the following morning to a puddle on the driveway. I took it to the dealer and I need a new water pump which they found leaking in the first 10 mins they had it. I also had a nail in my tire!!!!! Which was causing me to lose pressure. They totally took advantage of me and didn't fix anything. VERY UPSETTING! First person was ok, but didn't think they could get to it that day, instructed me to go see tire shop two doors down. They at tire world were fantastic. Tire world suggested I go ask Conrad's if they had tire I could purchase. Went back to Conrad's dealt with the rudest person ever. I went back to get it and fixed and was told I need to make an appointment even though I just had it replaced. I told them I'm going out of town and couldn't wait. I worked in a service dept at a dealership and whenever we had a comeback, we would get the customer in right away to get it fixed. When I finally do get them to fix it, I will NEVER go back to a Conrads again! It took multiple phone calls and almost an hour of time to get ahold of the store to authorize the work to be done. Called a little after 3pm to check on the status and they told me it would be done in another 30 minutes or so. I had to wait until 30 minutes after they were closed before I was able to get my vehicle back. The pricing was wrong and a coupon was not applied as well. 1 Reviews Courtney smith Seven Hills, OH Reviewed : 09/02/2025 Comment : If you’re looking for a shop with top level customer service and your vehicle fixed in a timely manner I highly suggest you AVOID this location like the plague. Took truck in for a new tire. They didn’t have the tire in stock and said it would be finished by the next afternoon. Received a call the next day stating that the tire hadn’t come in like it should have been. Voicemail was left from a manager. Next day is Sunday and they’re closed. Monday they’re closed because of a holiday. Drive to my vehicle to retrieve work items as I had to find a ride for the next day because my vehicle wasn’t done. Just to find that my truck had been sitting at the shop with the new tire on it for who knows how long. So it’s been 4 days and no one called me. When I called first thing Tuesday morning they said the notes said they tried to call but my voicemail wasn’t set up. Which I find is weird because the manager called and left a voicemail just fine. Make that make sense. Sounds like this location has terrible communication between employees and customers and that they’re just too lazy to do their actual job. The “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” doesn’t take away the inconvenience of not having a vehicle for a 4 day weekend. Save yourself the trouble and find a new auto shop that puts customers first. 1 Reviews Phil mcmahan Seven Hills, OH Reviewed : 08/28/2025 Comment : I came in to run diagnostic test on my transmission to see why I was getting a shudder at around 35-40 MPH. I had suspicions that it was the torque converter or maybe I was low on Transmission fluid. They called to let me know that it was the torque converter that was failing and I was a quart and a half low on Transmission fluid. While putting the drain plug back in after filling up the transmission they snapped off the dipstick bolt for the transmission leaving the threads stuck and an opening where the fluid is checked and added. I asked them how they were going to fix it and I was told it would cost over 800 dollars to repair because they would have to drop the tranny which was untrue. They did tell me they wouldn’t charge me for the 150.00 diagnostics service they preformed but now my transmission was leaking because of the dipstick bolt being snapped off. I asked them how that was my fault, If the bolt would have broke while trying to remove it I would have understood but to do it when reinstalling the bolt and claim that it’s my fault is wrong. Now I have to take my truck elsewhere because they wanted me to disappear and not take care of the problem they created.
