Comment : Not very pleased with my experience. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and provided the exact model of tire I needed. I was told that the tires were in stock and arranged for plans to get a ride so as not to spend hours waiting.

Upon arrival with my other party, we were told the wheels were not in stock after all. No big deal, I was told I could bring my vehicle the following day and that I would have priority service(was told it would take 30 minutes), since I would not be able to arrange another ride.

I brought my car in the following day, and I was not given priority service. I spent about an hour and a half waiting before a technician came out to ask me which tires needed to be replaced, 10 minutes before closing. The facility manager noticed my displeasure and offered 50 dollars off an alignment, however I wouldn't have had any problem if this facility had simply followed through on their promise to me, or if they had gotten it right the first time. Altogether, it took well over 2 hours for my car to be serviced, and even more wasted time the day prior. Very frustrating experience. My family and I will not be doing business here again! Don't make promises to the customer if you can't keep them!

Comment : Service was quick and easy and very fairly priced. They did not try to trick me into buying any more services than I needed, and they were very straightforward. I will happily come back next time I need maintenance!

Comment : Terrible service charges. They will rip you off. The store leader DAVID B. SPARKS had the worst attitude toward the clients. He will charge his clients by looking at their faces (who the clients are, if they know anything about car or not) instead of the true services you need. Never come back or recommend anybody to go there again.

Comment : Typical bait and switch. I scheduled 2 online appointments for tires that wete listed "in stock", only to get a call the next day statining they wete not available. They are still shiwing as "in stock".

Comment : This shop trying to scam you ,they removing sensors from cars and then saying car is running bad , all I came there was oil change . Found issue with my mechanic in 2 minutes , but Conrad s was trying to scam us for 1100$ for no reason

Comment : Terrible, I went in the other day to get my oil changed, first of all $100 for an oil change?? Then I start driving and my car is rattling and saying engine off. I left my car there because it was not safe to drive. The man that sold me my car comes to look at it because he specializes in cars, and says that one of the important parts is missing, the mechanics at Conrad???s threw it away. What kind of service is this. The manager threw a huge fit saying how he wasn???t going to give me my car back and that we can call a tow company to get my car, I am in disbelief about this and can???t believe the terrible service I received, and I???m not the only one that has had problems with Conrad???s my friends have left there with more problems to their car than before they went it.
