Comment : I call in “can you guys put on my spare and reseal my tire, I don’t care if the reseals done today I just need my tire replaced” they said “yeah sure we can do that come on in” then I come in, the guy at the counter looks angry I’m there. Okay. Takes him a whole minute to even acknowledge me without looking at me “how are you” in the most deadpan voice. Then after another 30 seconds he finally looks at me, sighs, and tells me no they can’t do what they said they can do on the phone. I said well why not I literally drove 40 minutes because you guys said you could. Well apparently they couldn’t. Talk to the manager, even more disgustingly rude “well I only have 3 guys” WELL put more people on your shift on SATURDAY. 0 stars deserved.

Comment : I have going here for years and sent many others. Now, however I do not trust them. The new guy is just looking to rip people off. Time to find a new mechanic.

Comment : While driving out to the Conrad's Painsville location (the only location with the tires I needed in stock) for a same day appointment- a slow leak in one tire from a screw puncture, with a 4-wheel drive vehicle [requiring two tires to be replaced] I hit a pot hole on the freeway blowing out a second tire leaving me stranded on the side of the freeway. I contacted Conrad's to let them know what had happened, and that I wouldn't be there when expected, asking if they happened to tow- they told me they could contact their outside tow service to call me. Meanwhile, I attempted to contact my vehicle's roadside assistance service, which I was told would take over an hour (and required jumping through many hoops, as well as not being able to fix my tires until Monday at the earliest), Conrad's tow got to me in less than 20 minutes, was incredibly professional and kind (coming all the way out to Deadman's curve on i-90 East) to tow me out for my appointment. Conrad's ended up covering the tow cost for me, and had me back in my vehicle with my two new tires faster than I could have imagined. I will be recommending Conrad's to everyone I know after the experience I had. Their professionalism, courtesy, and fast service made an unfortunate series of events into a pleasant experience. I could not have imagined the day going as smoothly and as well as it did. Comment : Purchased 3 tires from there. One is bad . Tried using the tire warranty. First they tried telling me that it wasn't one that I purchased, it was. They told me that the bad tire was 6 years old. ???????? They said that the warranty would not be honored regardless. The wear pattern was from my needing an alignment. Also untrue. They said my ball joint was bad. Just had that replaced by my mechanic. Would never buy tires or use them again. Theives.Purchased 3 tires from there. One is bad . Tried using the tire warranty.
