Comment : While driving out to the Conrad's Painsville location (the only location with the tires I needed in stock) for a same day appointment- a slow leak in one tire from a screw puncture, with a 4-wheel drive vehicle [requiring two tires to be replaced] I hit a pot hole on the freeway blowing out a second tire leaving me stranded on the side of the freeway. I contacted Conrad's to let them know what had happened, and that I wouldn't be there when expected, asking if they happened to tow- they told me they could contact their outside tow service to call me. Meanwhile, I attempted to contact my vehicle's roadside assistance service, which I was told would take over an hour (and required jumping through many hoops, as well as not being able to fix my tires until Monday at the earliest), Conrad's tow got to me in less than 20 minutes, was incredibly professional and kind (coming all the way out to Deadman's curve on i-90 East) to tow me out for my appointment. Conrad's ended up covering the tow cost for me, and had me back in my vehicle with my two new tires faster than I could have imagined. I will be recommending Conrad's to everyone I know after the experience I had. Their professionalism, courtesy, and fast service made an unfortunate series of events into a pleasant experience. I could not have imagined the day going as smoothly and as well as it did. Comment : Purchased 3 tires from there. One is bad . Tried using the tire warranty. First they tried telling me that it wasn't one that I purchased, it was. They told me that the bad tire was 6 years old. ???????? They said that the warranty would not be honored regardless. The wear pattern was from my needing an alignment. Also untrue. Comment : I can always count on Conrad's in Painesville to properly diagnose an engine or emissions problem and fix it right away. This place has saved us several times when we needed a repair done quickly. Good quality work. You may pay a bit more, but I'd rather have the repairs done right the first time than pay more to have to bring the car back for more work that wasn't taken care of initially. They are honest, and I appreciate that. The video review by the mechanic is a nice touch that is usually done at a dealership.I can always count on Conrad's in Painesville to properly diagnose an engine or emissions problem and fix it right away. Comment : One of the worst experiences ever. I was in a bind and they charged the highest expense just to do a diagnostic check then put cardboard in the window to hold it up and TOLD ME IT WAS SAFE!!!! They are horrible.
