Comment : well, well, well….I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and they wouldn’t honor it because I was late. I walked into the building around 10:13 am, no one in front, no one in waiting room. I let the guy know I had an appointment, he told me a walk in came and they couldn’t take me because I didn’t call. Not to mention, I am a single woman who had to get her child ready and travel up there just to be turned around for being late. They have a huge sign that states walk ins are welcomed and appointments are not required but my appointment wasn’t honored due to me being late and he wouldn’t allowed me to walk in after the said walk in. I go in the website to check availability and they had 3 appointments still available! Why lie? Why be lazy? It’s not a complicated car, I have an older car with a 4 cylinder engine…. Luckily my Father is going to change it but what’s the point of the service industry if they don’t wanna provide the service. Then I receive a text at 1030am stating I didn’t make it for my appointment. SMH shame on Conrad and their employees SHAMEEEEE!!!

Comment : Got oil change done they didn’t inspect my vehicle saying my lugs was swollen so they couldn’t do the inspection, my car was making a crazy noise I replaced brakes only one bolt needed replacement this location workers aren’t trained properly and didn’t wanna do the full job I’m not satisfied with the service I received I should be able to get my money back he said no because those services are a courtesy I said no they go with the oil change that’s why I bring my car that I just purchased here I always do never had this poor service my check oil light came on after he did the oil change not sure if that was even done correctly
