Comment : I’m pretty sure they are under new store management because I’m changing this from an 5 star to an 1. The new guy needs a class on customer service. His tone and delivery is horrible. I’ve witnessed him go back and forth with a customer. Today he butted in while another guy was trying to help me saying we don’t have time to fit her in while they guy was like we’ll try. It wasn’t what he said it was how he said it. I’ll never be back to this Conrad’s again.

Comment : If I've ever heard of deception myself! This place is an absolute joke never have I experienced so much idiocy in my life. Now I've been to other places before that were meh okay but this place you try and sell things that people don't need and you try and force them to buy parts they don't want bunch of thieves!! Best to just do the work yourself or have a family member that is competent on what they're doing have them do it this place is a nightmare!

Comment : I’ve now had two frustrating experiences at Conrad’s that have made it clear I won’t be returning.

The first time, I had an appointment to get my tires changed. I was quoted a time, but the service ran significantly over. I had to keep reaching out for updates, and didn’t get my car back until close to closing. There was very little communication throughout the day.

The second visit was the last straw. I scheduled an appointment online for both an oil change and a diagnostic test. When I arrived, I was immediately met with hostility. One of the employees came out yelling that he didn’t “have time for wiring” and demanded I come back on Wednesday. I calmly explained that my appointment was for today and that if they couldn’t accommodate me, I should have been contacted in advance—not yelled at upon arrival. I even asked why the energy felt so hostile, and rather than course-correct, he kept going back and forth with me.

The man at the front desk was polite, but the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I ended up taking my business right next door, and I’m glad I did.

Customer service matters—especially in a business that relies on trust and reliability. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel either
