Comment : Had gotten a tire rotation and an oil change in a brand new vehicle a 2-3 months ago, went to a different spot as I wasn’t too happy with the customer service only to find out that they believed my oil was not touched, and that there were also loose bolts left in the hood of my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend this location as I have heard rumors of shady practice, but this was the definite proof that I needed to not return.

Comment : I have been a customer for several years. I walked in today with a low tire with a slow leak. There was nobody in the waiting room and 2 men were just sitting in the office. They would not take the time to even look at my tire. It is a a Friday and I was instructed to make an appt the following week. I went to another place that took care of me right away. They will be my new go to for service. I hope that it was worth losing a customer over.

Comment : Came in for “ repairs “ and was charged way too much for something they didn’t even fix right. Took my car to a different shop for an issue Conrad’s didn’t even notice or didn’t bother to fix. Midas does the same services and more for a way better price with better mechanics than Conrad’s. I will gladly drive way out of my way for my car to be fixed right the first time by people who care enough to do the job.

Comment : Beware of hidden fees. They charged me an extra $10 shop fee for an alignment after I was told it was "$99.95 + tax"
I hope that $10 was worth the broken trust and loss of a customer

Comment : Had a tire rotation done here. When they rotated my tire they broke the tire lock off and replaced it with a random lugnut without telling me. I noticed when I was leaving and driving on the highway my tire was making a strange noise and my car wouldn't accelerate over 45 mph and my warning light came on. I was lucky to make it home. After not being able to drive my car for 3 days I got it to a local tire shop. They said my wheel was damaged and had to replace it. That cost $182. The lugnuts were on so tight they had trouble getting them off which caused damage to the tire stud. I had to get a new tire lock and stud. The total cost was a little over $350 with parts and labor. A basic tire rotation cost me over $500 in repairs that I don't have.

Comment : Very shady and greedy. Took advantage of the fact I didn’t know how much it should cost to fix my car and that I was in a bind. Even charged for the diagnostic fee after replacing the parts that were broken.

Comment : Went and got tires last month the mechanic quoted me $270 for new brakes and rotors on the rear, when I came back for the work the guy at the counter said it was going to be almost $600!!! I understand it was a quoted estimate but the price being over doubled is insane, definitely do not go here if you’re on any kind of budget.

Comment : “fixed” my cars shocks using a part that was obviously compromised, offered no help to me and wanted to charge me more money to have them fix it with a part that wasn’t broken …. Also they changed my oil and forgot to give me a windshield sticker…. You get what you pay for which is crappy low quality parts and poor service
