Comment : Tried to charge me over 1000 for spark plugs and an ignition coil. Took it somewhere else, done in 15 minutes and paid 400. Don t use them, use shops that care and don t try to rob you

Comment : Went for oil change and fuel filter change out and they wanted $520 on my gmc with diesel fuel filter cost $40 and they quoted $120..I understand you have to make a profit but that is ridiculous I am getting it done elsewhere for less than half of that good place for tires but are terrible for service price go elsewhere gmc dealer was 1/2 of what they were also told me they would reach out to me never heard a word from them they lost my business for goodWent for oil change and fuel filter change out and they wanted $520 on my gmc with diesel fuel filter cost $40 and they quoted $120..I understand you have to make a profit but that is ridiculous I am getting it done elsewhere for less than More

Comment : Although it should go without saying, I will not be utilizing the services of Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care tomorrow. Instead, I will be going to Tire Choice Auto Service Center down the street on Thursday. I don't like your store and I don't like you.

Comment : Absolutely amazing service. The service manager top of the line and very honest. I have an older RangeRover . I got terrible service at Range Rover. The team here was exceptionally kind most of all honest.

Comment : Went for an oil change, was told I needed over $1200 worth of work. Said my brake calipers were leaking and my drive axle boot was torn. They showed me that there was some fluid on my caliper but its been over 2 months and I haven't lost any brake fluid. I think they took some out of my reservoir and made it look like it was leaking. I'm also pretty sure they purposely tore my boot on my drive axle as I just recently inspected it and it was fine. I would steer far away from this chain and choose an independent shop.
