Comment : Was like being held hostage at a bad hospital.
Took over 6 hours to get brakes and rotors done.
It’s not likely I will use this location( Mentor) again.
Clearly overbooked! And I scheduled an appointment a week out. I don’t usually mind paying the higher prices for great work/service. Fell real flat on the service. And telling me you’re short staff today, isn’t an excuse for poor mgmt.

Comment : Very happy with my experience here. Service was professional and pricing was fair. All aspects of repairs were explained to me and I was kept updated on price and timeline. Nick and Steve demonstrated that safety is the #1 priority. A+ to this location and entire crew.

Comment : Service was very good in addition to honoring tire price directly from Goodyear web site. The technicians are very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I did not look to have an alignment done unless it was a dramatic change from a recent alignment done by the car dealer, but after seeing the results from an alignment scan, I had them do a new alignment and so glad I did because the truck now drives great down the road with no problems. I would highly recommend any service to be done by this location

Comment : Wouldn't recommend anybody go here not only did they charge 1000 for minor damage they keep getting lies about when the car is gonna be ready and making me miss work hours. Choose better, they suck

Comment : Conrad's in Mentor are not to be trusted. They towed my car up to their tire center for a starter motor. When I call them they said the towing was free. When they call me with the estimate they said it was $600. That was for the diagnostic the motor and the labor. The diagnostic was $105. I said I don't need the diagnostic it's the starter motor. They said "okay, the towing is $105. So instead of being $495 they screwed me for $600.
After I got screwed by Conrad's I checked with the dealer and they would have done it for $460.
So yeah they're not to be trusted.

Comment : I strongly advise against getting any work done at this shop — it’s not just unprofessional, it’s unsafe. I came in to have new TPMS sensors installed, and just two hours after leaving, all four of my tires were completely flat. This could have easily led to a dangerous situation on the road.

I brought the car back the very next day and was told to drop it off so they could fix their mistake. I did — but they never even touched it. No updates, no urgency, nothing.

This kind of careless work and lack of accountability is not just frustrating — it’s a safety hazard. If you value your time, money, and especially your safety, go somewhere else.
