Comment : I selected a tire and made an appointment. I called the day before to confirm the tire will be available. When I show up they tell me the tire is not available and is not really a tire that fits my car (even though the website says the opposite) so I am forced to buy a different tire and behold they only have more expensive top of the line tires. They also said it would take 1-2 hours, it took like 4-5 hours.If you want to avoid frustration and pay more than you intent to avoid Conrad tires altogether. Comment : I went in for an oil change about 8 months ago. I had an appointment, but they were overbooked, and the service was going to take at least 4 hours to complete as a result. Fine. Left the car and picked it up when they were finally done shortly before closing. I decided to change the oil myself this time because I didn't want to pay for their labor or deal with the inconvenience. Crawled under the car and tried to remove the plug to find that the technician who worked on it had torqued it way too much. I now get to deal with their incompetence a second time.
