Comment : Had rear brake work done on my car and cost me almost $1,000 for a single axle rotors and brakes. I was quoted $500 per axle on the phone, somehow because my car is a Mercedes it immediately went up to $750 per axle. Really? Then when I arrived to pick up the car it was $912, an extra $150 for an hour of "resurfacing" my front rotor. People warn you about the larger commercial shops, and this is why.

Comment : I’ve taken my truck here twice now and both times they sent me a video with the diagnostic, were very quick, honest and reliable and I would definitely be coming back in the future if I need any more repairs and would 100% recommend to any friends and family.

Comment : I got a rapid leak driving out to metro parks for a morning walk. Three other places couldn’t do it until end of the day at earliest. I called Conrad’s and they said they would do it if I could wait an hour. They were true to their word, quick and competent. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to. I was chatting to the manager at pick up and he waived the fee! I will definitely think of them for future needs.

Comment : These were the kindest humans! They got me in quickly and repaired my tire in about 20min. While I was there, they were so kind to some of the senior customers and took the extra time to explain for all the customers in line.

Comment : 1 st I paid 200 for a belt wasn’t the issue
2nd ending up paying 900 in parts
And 200 and something in labor and the problem was still there so glad I sold my car and never taking my car back Here again and the main mechanic had no idea what he was doing I even showed a video of what the problem was terrible place

Comment : Went in because my engine was overheating and leaking coolant. Quoted me for a water outlet valve and had it replaced. Also, quoted me for a suspected oil leak and put in dye. Picked up the car and got home no problem. Waited about 5 minutes and checked the car to make sure all was good. Nope. Massive coolant leak from the water outlet value as they did not install it properly. Took it immediately back, luckily they fixed their mistake no charge (just a big waste of time). A week later the engine is still overheating and leaking coolant. Would not recommend other than a last minute oil change.
