Comment : The wait time at Conrads to get the flat tire swapped for the spare in the trunk was too long to wait or leave the car. Had to take the car to another service shop and got it done promptly.

Comment : Excellent experience at the Mayfield Conrad's. The technicians removed a nail from a tire and patched it in less than an hour for a very fair price. Highly recommend this location.

Comment : Went in Saturday morning to see if they could hopefully look at my car and diagnose my AC since unfortunately my heat went out Friday afternoon after work and it's still winter so I need heat. Didn't need them to fix it just diagnose it. I know with it being Saturday possible not a good shot but I came from the Cleveland Heights Conrad's since they recommended them saying this location had more staff since the Heights location wasn't gonna get new staff they said til Monday and were only doing general services. So I get there to the Mayfield location and talk to one guy first at the desk and just ask if it's possible to diagnose I know it's Saturday. He says unfortunately no they're tech is not in on Saturdays. I say it's all good it was a long shot anyway and then he tries recommending the Heights location saying they have a tech over there on Saturday by looking at their schedule it seems. I explain I was just over there and recommended to this location. Then he turns to I guess the store manager Brian I think his name was and explains why I'm there. It just feels like Brian came out of the gate abrasive towards me trying to say there's a process in the whole thing so he can have his tech diagnose my car and there are steps so he can find the problem and then he asked if there was a check engine light, I said yes and it feels like he became more abrasive, then he keeps pressuring me to try to come in on Monday to get it looked at I can't I have work he's saying his tech could diagnose then cause it's looking like his tech is gonna have cars all til Wednesday to work on. Comment : Do not go to this Conrad s. If you make an appointment online they can t honor it and will tell you to reschedule and completely inconvenience you. They ll keep your car all day long. They ll try to sell you things you don t absolutely need. They re condescending and terrible at communicating the price of repairs. If you question anything they say they ll look at you like you re crazy especially if you re a woman. This place has lost a loyal customer.Do not go to this Conrad s. Comment : They have poor customer service. You take your car in for one thing and they chill and they keep your car all day to call you at 555 to tell me that they did not put a headlight in or do the brake job but count my car all day. This is terrible terrible service. I would never ever again take Michael or recommend anyone to take their car there. Comment : Came here to get my winter tires installed and service was terrible from beginning to end. I have a coupe and all of my tires cannot fit into my car, so we put two tires in my car and two in my husbands, when we were bringing the two in from his car I was told I am ???dirtying up the showroom??? when we brought the two in and that I could of kept them in the car and I tried to explain that I cannot keep tires in the car if they were in my husbands car because that car isn???t being serviced???.. also I???ve never been told this before by a tire shop. I???ve always brought my tires in the front door for a switch out and never had an issue anywhere else. Then after picking my car up, I was told ???your tires are in your car??? then I get to my car and not a single tire is in my trunk or back seat???. Then after getting my summer tires back in the car and getting home, I discovered that my wheel lock key was not placed back in my car so back to the shop I go. THEN I get home to find a nail in one of my summer tires. I don???t understand how a tire shop doesn???t inspect tires before giving them back to you? I find it odd how nothing was said to me about the nail. Also, did not like that I was charged an up charge for having ???big tires?????? 18 inch rim is big?
