Comment : Three weeks ago I got a new set of tires from Conrad s, spending over a thousand dollars.Today was the first time I took it on the highway. My low tire pressure light went on after about 5 miles.When I was able to stop to check the pressure, the front left tire was 20 PSI, the front right tire was at 40 PSI and the back tires were at 30 PSI.This extremely large pressure difference across all my tires particularly the 20 PSI difference on the front axel, put my car, my passengers, and self at severe risk of a blowout.There s no reason a professional should inflate a tire anywhere near 40 PSI. Nor why one should be at 20 PSI after 3 weeks.I ll be taking the car in to Conrad s to have them make it right, but frankly I m concerned as to if they re trustworthy given another customer review about having a blowout.Three weeks ago I got a new set of tires from Conrad s, spending over a thousand dollars. Comment : They said they fixed some tire seals a month ago and it was not fixed. Then when I tried to get it looked at again they didn t call when they said they would, and were hostile when i called to check on timing several hours later. Just not worth the risk to go here after reading others reviews as well. How is it all 5s and 1 star reviews? Looks suspect.They said they fixed some tire seals a month ago and it was not fixed. Comment : I m glad I took my car here instead of Firestone; I got a much better deal on parts and labor (hundreds less) and the service was friendlier. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t specifically ask for which I appreciate. Will definitely be returning next time I need work done.

Comment : DO NOT GET TIRES FROM CONRAD'S THEIR INSTALLATION IS UNSAFE AND NEGLIGENT.I purchased 4 new tires from Conrad's and had one tire blow out on the highway 2 days after installation. The tire was torn to shreds. That tire was replaced under warranty and I paid a fee for installation. Three Days later that tire went flat with a leak. I brought it in and was told that a mistake was made with the first two installations which were not done according to their protocol as one of the technicians noticed when they were inspecting my car. I was assured that the issue was resolved and a third new tire was replaced. Now, just over a week later I have TWO additional leaking tires. The technicians have been apologetic and reasonable, which is why I did not leave a negative review sooner. But their customer service does not make up for the serious concerns I have for my safety and others should be aware.I understand that cold temperatures can cause thermodynamic changes that effect tire pressure, however, the degree deflation I am experiencing in multiple newly installed tires when I have never previously had issues with tire pressure in my car is alarming. Comment : Shout out to Dave at the front desk!!!! His customer service skills were great! Just a little back story- I scheduled a 9am appointment at another location and when I arrived I was told they could not accommodate me but possibly on Monday or Tuesday. I called two other locations and they were either booked or under staff. But when I called Conrad s Lakewood they helped me out, if I could drop my car off. I just want to say I appreciate Conrad s in Lakewood and will forever be a customer. I will refer anyone that needs tires or car service repairs. Also Dave, suggested tires that would meet my work & personal driving needs. I didn t feel like he was trying to oversell me on products.
