Comment : I scheduled an appointment for a simple tire repair on a Saturday to receive a last minute phone call from the store telling me that I needed to reschedule due to a “staffing issue”. Clearly something that is not my problem. I still showed up because I was already on my way and the guy (respectfully not including name) assumed no obligation in helping me set up another same day appointment at a different Conrad’s location. After explaining to him that I am currently driving around on a temporary tire he asked if I could come back Tuesday, 3 days later. Clearly he failed to understand that a temporary tire is not to be used on regular basis. So, I was forced to call around to different Conrad’s locations, all giving me the runaround due to being booked all day. Bottom line, when Conrad’s sees a job they freeze up and don’t know what to do next so they turn you away. I ended up taking my car to Midas on W. 117th and was out of there in 30 minutes with a fixed tire. Midas saved the day that Conrad’s was ruining for me.

Comment : Do good work very dependable mechanics only problem is the show Good that they don't have enough mechanics but everybody does the best they can with whoever they have.

Comment : I don't like writing negative reviews, but when I was counting on an appointment for needed service due to high travel lately & minimal free time, it's completely unacceptable to receive a call when I'm on my way to the shop to cancel. Their excuse was 3 techs calling off. If they can't hire quality, reliable techs or keep them happy, how can they keep customers happy?

Comment : I made an appointment online and got there for the appointment and was told they "don't look at online appointments" and didn't have the appointment listed. I was told I could wait 2-3 hours for my tire to be patched or I would need to do a "drop off", except I'm at the store planning on waiting for the appointment I scheduled! Why offer online appointments if you don't honor them?

Comment : On days that are overly busy they can seem disorganized at the front desk. They do offer competent repair but don't expect them to be cheap, they go by the book.

Comment : What a rip off. My girlfriend took her car in and it magically wouldn't start. She was so confused. They proceeded to gaslight her so bad she had to call her father down. Told her she needed a new alternator, it would be $900 something. Went back today, and GREAT NEWS!!! It seems OIL somehow GOT ON your mass airflow sensor so we only had to replace that, it will be way less. YOU GOT OIL ON THE SENSOR. That should have never happened and should not have cost a dime. Never again will i ever go to a Conrads anywhere thanks to this guy. Bravo. ?
