Comment : Worst place to take your car to for service. My Step Daughter took her car there, they replaced the rim and tire. Less than a day later the tire was going flat. They added air and said, it was possible temperature change. (Really) Been leaking since. They say , have to make an appointment, (basically we don't care about your safety), instead of honoring their crappy service immediately. Safety hazard. What a joke. They promise you everything to get your business, then treat you like crap afterward. Told her not to go there, have had bad experiences from Conrads many years ago. Would NEVER recommend this chain to anyone needing quality automotive service

Comment : Amazing shop bruce ur awesome !! blew tire on 95 was able to pull into bp half a mile down from conrads , aaa was gonna be to my location after conrads closes so a tech was sent to my location took my tire to there shop changed it , I tipped the service kid thanked them so much for there service I appreciate u guys so much

Comment : This place was a literal LIFESAVER!!!!!! Picture this your headed to vacation destination and the tire goes flat on your car with 3 children in the car. AAA is an hour away to tow you to this place, you call.and they are more than willing to accommodate even though they were 45 minutes away from closing for the night. This place is AMAZING and rescued my birthday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Comment : I have been frequenting this Conrad for a little over 3 yrs. now. Service is abhorrent. Bald guy with glasses was rude. Vehicle was there from 10:15 to 2pm and had not even been pulled back yet. Appointment was at 10. Have to return for service but don’t want to. I have to because it’s a Lyft vehicle contract. Smh

Comment : Took our 10-passenger van in for repair work and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Despite how busy the shop was, the team had it fixed four days ahead of schedule. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. This will absolutely be our go-to spot for fleet maintenance moving forward. Highly recommend Conrad’s for anyone needing fast, reliable service.
