Comment : Has more to do with the AAA $100 promotion. It took them a long time to figure out how to input the information and that kept me waiting a while. The service attendant was very new, so that has to be taken into consideration. Also, they never put the sticker on the windshield.

Comment : Took 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation (which i had an appointment for). An attendant also tried to refuse me service because i complained on the phone about the wait (which occurred in the empty waiting room). After all this I got my car back and when i arrived home my tpms light was on because my tire was coming off the rim. I had to get the tire set properly at the firestone down the road. Comment : I came here for an oil change. I???ve gotten it done before at other garages and it never takes more than 30 to 45 minutes. It took over 2 hours for them to change my oil, and on top of that they have a coupon for a $30 oil change but said it didn???t apply for my car and charged me $100. This place is insane. Comment : After experiencing the smug attitudes and rip-off practices of Mr Tire , conrads was a breath of fresh air...friendly, helpful, giving a range of price options.. all things that Mr Tire wasn't...I highly recommend Conrads.. Cam was great

Comment : Conrad???s Cleveland heights are crooks and thieves. They tried to charge me $700 some odd dollars for a supposedly damaged compressor. I knew they were lying I took my car to ford. Ford told me my compressor was unplugged. Conrad???s tried to make me pay almost $700 for unnecessary repairs. They are crooks and thieves. Comment : Horrible service and management. I scheduled an appointment and was told my car wouldn???t be taken care of till almost a week later. The manager was rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with his manager and was rudely turned down. I do not recommend this Conrad???s, they seem stressed and overworked and it bleeds into their customer service. They need structure and better attitudes. If I were you, I would go to Mr. Tire down the road. I was greeted with a smile and they were able to get me right in without an appointment. DO NOT waste your time with this Conrads, go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed and upset, the manager needs to be fired. If these reviews are read by any upper/district manager, please contact me as I would like to make a formal complaint.Horrible service and management.
