Comment : And here we are. OVER A MONTH LATER and I am still waiting to hear back from the store manager/corporate. Had my tires done here and they didn't tighten or maybe even missed putting the lug nuts back on one of my tires. Needless to say the tire fell off my car. I started by getting a tow and going to another shop. The tow driver stated that it looked like the lug nuts were not tightened or were never put on. The mechanic at the other shop agreed. I contacted corporate via email and they said they would be in touch. Several weeks went by with no response. So I called Conrad's in Cleveland Heights and spoke to the manager. He stated that he was new and had no idea what was going on. I filled him in and brought directly to him: The bill and statement from the tow driver. The bill and statement from the other mechanic. Several pictures of the tire, the missing lug nuts,etc...One week goes by and I speak to the manager and he still hasn't heard anything from corporate. I got the feeling that he never sent/spoke to corporate about this incident. The manager promised to call me right back but he never did call. I Called again today and ended up having to leave a message because the manager isn't available... I have my attorney on standby and I am just so sick of the run around. They think I will just give up and go away? THE TIRE FELL OFF MY CAR WHILE I WAS DRIVING!!!!!! That is just crazy. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! THEY DON'T GIVE A CARE OR A SHIT ABOUT YOU

Comment : I will start with what was good. The price was excellent for 4 tires and an alignment. The gentleman at the counter with the beard was awesome and helpful. I brought my car for what should take 1-1.5 hours. I took a walk thinking it would be done by the time I got back. I got back at 2 and waited an additional 2 hours. I talked to the other gentleman at the counter asking if my car would be done by 4 as I had another appointment at 4. He assured me that I would make that appointment. They were just getting to the alignment at 4. I declined the alignment and the gentleman with the beard got me on my way quickly and was very understanding. The price was great but I'll never go back to this location. Another man was waiting 3 hours on an oil change.

Comment : Horrendous experience this past June. I made an appointment for noon on a Wednesday, due to needing an oil change and a check engine light. Did not receive a call until 5Pm on Thursday, when a tech said that I needed my turbo replaced, and they couldn’t do an oil change until they replaced the turbo, and that they would call for a quote on Friday. On Friday I called midday, and I was told “we haven’t checked your car yet.” I asked why not and was told “look at our parking lot, we are busy”. At the end of the day Friday I got a call from a tech who said , “it’s your turbo it will need to be replaced, I need to wait on part information, I can give you a quote tomorrow”. I asked why I was getting this again when someone told me that they’d sub before. His response was “I don’t know I’m the only tech and I just looked at it”. Okay… so Saturday they call with a quote: $3900 to replace the turbo and an oil change. I went in to get the quote (and my car). The guy at the front desk walks me through the quote, hands me the quote and wants to charge me $250 for the oil change (which they did not do- see above) and the diagnostic. I explained that they’d told me they didn’t do the oil change, and off the top of his head says “it’ll be $150 for the diagnostic”. I said really? It took 3 days to get here and multiple calls”. At that point he rips the quote out of my hand and says “forget it, I’m not arguing with you, and I’ll just delete this. Just go”. So I left. Took the car down the street to a local company who diagnosed the problem as a dirty throttle body, and fixed the issue for $200. Have had no repeat issues since. Confirmed that the turbo was perfectly fine.

I will never trust Conrad’s again having used them several times- they are dishonest, don’t know what they are doing, and are completely rude. For being 2 minute away from my house I would never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

Comment : 1 star is being generous. This place is a joke and staff is full of it. I took my car for a scheduled appointment having a Lyft car understanding it would take a few hours to repair my car. Mind you all needed was a slow leak on a tire fixed. I dropped it off at 10:30AM and took the bus home. After a few hours I checked the status of my vehicle after being told multiple times that day that my car was next I got fed up after 6 hours of lies and picked up my car put air int the tire and decided to take my car else where and pay for it myself. Yeah. It took someone else 10 minutes to do what they failed to do in 6 hours. If you need car repairs take your vehicle anywhere but here no wonder they have CON in their name. What a joke!

Comment : Today i came to the cleveland heights location. The staff was friendly and professional. Tim and Sal was pleasant, even though there was a man that made a rude comment. I might have been more pissed off then these kind gentleman. I will be back for future service. The service i received today is why I will be back

Comment : Definitely the worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment last Friday for Monday at 8AM to get tir rods repaired. Monday comes and I drop my car off and the guy at the desk Andrew has horrible attitude. I pay it no mind and drop my car off anyway. They tell me they have to order the part it will be there by 1PM and it will be done before 6. I call at 5 yesterday only for them to tell me that they didn’t get to it today they only had one tech and he has been on a 6 hour job all day. So Tuesday come I call at 11 AM and they ensure me that it will be done today before 6. I get here at 5 today and the guy tells me that they didn’t get to it today and asked if someone called me and told me it was done. I stated to him no but I called earlier and they told me it would be done today by 6. So the guy goes well I guess I can get it done in an hour. Very rude and disrespectful. The manager was the rudest. I will never come back here!
