Comment : Today i came to the cleveland heights location. The staff was friendly and professional. Tim and Sal was pleasant, even though there was a man that made a rude comment. I might have been more pissed off then these kind gentleman. I will be back for future service. The service i received today is why I will be back

Comment : Definitely the worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment last Friday for Monday at 8AM to get tir rods repaired. Monday comes and I drop my car off and the guy at the desk Andrew has horrible attitude. I pay it no mind and drop my car off anyway. They tell me they have to order the part it will be there by 1PM and it will be done before 6. I call at 5 yesterday only for them to tell me that they didn’t get to it today they only had one tech and he has been on a 6 hour job all day. So Tuesday come I call at 11 AM and they ensure me that it will be done today before 6. I get here at 5 today and the guy tells me that they didn’t get to it today and asked if someone called me and told me it was done. I stated to him no but I called earlier and they told me it would be done today by 6. So the guy goes well I guess I can get it done in an hour. Very rude and disrespectful. The manager was the rudest. I will never come back here!

Comment : Make an appointment at 8am. Car doesn’t go in the air until 12 noon. They said 1 hr it’ll be done and of course im sitting here for 4 hours. Don’t even make an appointment cause the appointment is pointless. 4 hour oil change is crazy.

Comment : Went for a tire patch and was told that they could not do it because all of my tires needed replaced. I said I would just come get my car because I have a hard time believing all 4 tires need replaced on a 2024. I was then given a pamphlet by the man at the counter stating if I needed help paying for all new tires they approve just about everyone. Wildly offensive and I would never give my money to this place.

Comment : I would give this place a ZERO rating if available, please AVOID at all cost. I unfortunately woke up to a flat tire. I searched for a tire repair shop and found this terrible place (never again), the tire had no sidewall damage the screw was lodged in the tread.Terrible customer service, appointment online is a stupid JOKE.1) When I arrived the toothless liar at the desk claimed he had no record of my appointment at 11am, and I asked how is the possible I have the confirmation, the idiot did not care, he claimed he would squeeze me in ( I was immediately angry) and after my complaint he refused even a 1% discount .Conrads advertises tire repair but they claim they were unable to repair the tire and I needed a new tire( THAT`S THE SCAM), mind you it is now 1pm fast forward at 430pm its ready. THEY ARE THE WORST, AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!. THEY LIE AND CHEAT. What tire can you repair if not in the tread, terrible terrible, I read they were sold to DOBBS TIRE , if this is how DOBBS operates, you will never get a penny from me.
