Comment : Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Arrived 5 minutes early, took 2 hours to accomplish the simple task. In my opinion I find this unacceptable.

Comment : We called to bring our car here. The person on the phone said "just bring your car right now." On arrival we were told to leave the car for another day. Maybe be more transparent while on the phone. Inform the customer of timelines and save people's time and unnecessary trips that way.

Comment : I will not be taking my car to this conrads again. It seems like any time I go the work isn't done properly and I have to take it back or have someone else do it. I just got new rims and made an appointment to get tires put on. I had to come back already because one of the tires wouldn't hold air and kept becoming flat after a few hours. I check the outside of my car before and after I take it to a mechanic every time and when I picked my car up one of the rims are now curbed. If you are someone like me who loves their car and wants good work done do not take your car to this shop.I will not be taking my car to this conrads again. Comment : I scheduled an oil change online, and received two confirmations, so I must have accidentally scheduled 2 appointments. I immediately called in to cancel one, and was told they wouldn???t even be able to get my car in anyhow. I was told their online booking allows you to schedule appointments even if they have no appointments available. I agreed to reschedule with the person on the phone for the following week. She asked if I would be waiting for my car or dropping off, and I said I would wait.When I went in for my rescheduled appointment, I was told they couldn???t promise it would be completed by end-of-day, and the car might need to be left for the next day. I said I had planned to wait when I booked the appointment, didn???t have a ride home, and therefore I had to cancel the appointment. As I was leaving, other customers were parking and walking in, and I wondered if they would receive the same inconvenient news I did.It seems their scheduling system is horribly flawed and inefficient. Comment : As far as I can tell, the work was fine but the service is terrible. The lady working at the desk does not help the first person at the desk, which she would have known as i was sitting in the waiting area if she cared to pay any attention, she helped 3 people before I decided to sit down and call instead of waiting for her any longer. And she had the nerve to address my nervous tick of tapping on my phone which manifested because I had been standing there so long, and tried to recover by saying she was just "joking" but then went on to help someone else who wasn'tstanding there waiting. I've had vehicles service here since the location opened. But with the bad experience today, I don't think I'll ever come back.Update: The owner did reach out to me about my experience today and assured me that my experience would be addressed. I appreciate his genuineness and have changed my rating due to that conversation and my interactions with him in the shop today.
