Comment : I couldn’t recommend this place less. I took my car here in the past 5x for the same exact issue everytime. After 5x, I learned my lesson to not take my car there for any serious car problems. Took my car somewhere else and they fixed it the first time with no issue.

I decided it is hard to mess up an oil change but was wrong once again. Made an appt. for 2pm on a weekday and was told it wouldn’t be a problem to wait for it as they were pretty open. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my car to not even get taken back yet. They have done this to several of my friend/family members as well. I will absolutely never go here again.

Comment : I have used the Fulton Rd location for many years. They always do a great job when installing my tires or repairing leaks. They return my vehicles when promised and are courteous.

Comment : Had my tires replaced here, they had to cut off my lugnut because they didn't have the key for it. They put 1 silver lug on each tire instead of black to match the others, told me I could bring it back and get matching ones put on but when I went back there was a new manager who wouldn't honor what the old manger said. Also, they originally put the wrong size tires on and i had to go back and get the correct size, for free. My son had a flat, they told us he needed a new valve stem, the day after they fixed it he had a flat again, turns out the tire had dry rot that they missed. They do have fair prices, might not get the job done right the first time though.

Comment : They got me too! Should have read the reviews. Tried to be one of their 5pm customers I should have known they were going to rush the job. Reasonably sure they did the oil change. Although when I came to check in they seemed a little bit confused about the different options that they had. Then when I came to pick up the car they were unable to give me a readout on what they had done. They were out of printer paper and did not seem very interested in printing up a receipt for me at all. When I asked if they had rotated the tires, the guy seemed confused hesitated and then said yes. When I asked him what the tire tread depth was, he looked at the computer for a second and then looked blankly at me and then just went and measured it while it was sitting out in the parking lot and came back and said they're fine. Lol. I'm reasonably sure that they did not take the time to touch the tires at all because it is now two weeks later and I'm in a parking lot and all four tires are about 8 lb low. I have my doubts whether they redid the fluid or not but I don't have any proof on that . All in all seem like they were phoning it in. Will be going right back to Goodyear.

Comment : Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Arrived 5 minutes early, took 2 hours to accomplish the simple task. In my opinion I find this unacceptable.

Comment : We called to bring our car here. The person on the phone said "just bring your car right now." On arrival we were told to leave the car for another day. Maybe be more transparent while on the phone. Inform the customer of timelines and save people's time and unnecessary trips that way.
