After reading some of these negative reviews and being a former customer I can see how all this is becoming an issue, not with just them, but with other big companies as well. Comment : My brother-in-law and sister came there with their vehicle that had over 200,000 miles on it and had many underlining problems. This place coldly just gave them a quote of well over 4000 for new tires a brake job and axle rod replacements not even considering if it s worth it for them or not Don t bring your junker here to get fixed if you think it may not last longer than it will take you to earn that money back lol They found someone much better and honest who Encouraged them to decide if it was worth it or not, and they decided just to purchase a newer car instead. Comment : Put expensive tires on 2 cars. Started leaking immediately. Whole time my son and I are putting air in our tires every week. Brought the car back up there 2 months later and was mansplained away and charged $90 for an alignment. Later went to another Conrads and had to spend another $300 to replace where you put air in (not under warranty). Brought my car to another shop because the tires are so loud I can barely hear when I get a phone call and was told my tires are bad and I need new tires. Over $2,000 for two years of constantly refilling tires, being brushed off and mansplained to from Berea Conrads, horrible unsafe tires and no help because I can???t prove alignments every 6,000 miles. Comment : Had to change the brake pads and rotors on my girlfriend???s car after she was sold brake pads and rotors on her car a year ago.Charged her almost $1300 at the time, until this week we realized her back driver side is making a grinding noise??? come to find out they only changed 3 sets of pads and rotors, and completely forgot to do the back driver.See pictures for what the back pad looked like after I removed them and comparing to the other side.Had to change the brake pads and rotors on my girlfriend???s car after she was sold brake pads and rotors on her car a year ago. ???More

Comment : I just experienced the WORST customer service at Berea Conrad???s. I dropped a car off today after asking if the tire could be fixed today and explaining to them that I had to have the car back today as my son was retuning back to college.I received a call at 4:22 telling me it was done I arrived at 5:02 not realizing on Saturday they closed at 5 ( 6 during the week) and the guys were just walking out of the building. I approached the person who checked us in and he told me I???m sorry we are closed. Literally would not go back in and check me out, just told me he would have to turn back on the lights and ring me out???but they are closed. And not open again until Monday. This is the same guy I told when dropping it off I had to have it done and back today. No mention of them closing at 5 when he called at 4:22 or I would have been more aware of the time. I even offered to leave my debit card and license, if I could only get the key to the car. No, he said.I will never go back to this place again and I will make sure everyone knows how awful their customer service is. I have been a repeat customer, never again.Horrible service. Just horrible.Went in this morning to pick up the car and James, the manager, took care of us. Apologized and said that is not how they operate their service. He was very nice to deal with. Comment : Won???t be using Conrad???s ever again. The person I scheduled with on the phone couldn???t answer what location he was working at when I tried to clarify that I called the right location. I made an appointment to drop off the car at 8 am for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The car wasn???t done until almost 4 pm. I was supposed to have the $45 oil, and then was charged for the $94 one. We asked if the tires were rotated and they said yes. When I checked, they were not rotated. Asked about it again and they said they were ???too busy to do it???, which is fine, but don???t lie and say that it was done when it wasn???t. They said they would do it right then, so had to sit and wait on what should have been done. Never got a video update on the car and when asked they said they were ???too busy???. The person that brought the car back out at the end left a terrible B.O. smell on the inside of my car. I can understand being slammed with a lot of work, but would appreciate at least getting what I paid for and not being lied to.Won???t be using Conrad???s ever again.
