However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that it wouldn’t be done for two days because they were busy. It was just a flat tire, and I should have been told at the time of booking that I would need to drop off the car and couldn’t wait. As a result, I had to tow my car again to a different place. Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service. 1 Reviews Thomas b. Berea, OH Reviewed : 11/11/2025 Comment : Do not waste your money. Avoid! I paid for a brake fluid flush on my Chrysler T&C. They siphoned off the brake fluid in the master only and replaced it so that it LOOKED like the work had been done. It was not. They never changed the brake fluid but they charged me for the job. 1 Reviews C b Berea, OH Reviewed : 11/10/2025 Comment : A scheduled appointment should not take 1.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. 1 Reviews Felipe reichert Berea, OH Reviewed : 11/02/2025 Comment : Walked in for tires, good options in stock, reasonable prices, good same day tire service, quick transaction. 1 Reviews Barb lehman Berea, OH Reviewed : 10/20/2025 Comment : i took my car for an oil change , rotate the tires and check the alignment and their coupon said they would do an courtesy inspection also. I asked if they could look at my brakes while the tires were off and also check my fluids. I dropped my car off at 11:00 am and it wasn't done until 4:30. I am pretty sure they didn't bother to look at the brakes or the fluids. Very disappointed in service i received. Won't be back. 1 Reviews Vdrxp ts Berea, OH Reviewed : 09/21/2025 Comment : Before the alignment, my car tracked straight. Now, after the alignment, the steering wheel has to be turned to drive straight. That means the alignment wasn’t done correctly. I paid for a four-wheel alignment. The rear wasn’t adjustable, and they didn’t ask me if I wanted to proceed only with the front. Now I essentially paid full price for a service that not only didn’t fix anything, but made the car worse. When asking for a refund James, got pissy, and disrespectful. Great service 1 Reviews Marie h. Berea, OH Reviewed : 07/15/2025 Comment : A full rear brake job including rotors, pads, calipers and new brake fluid cost me $950. Lasted 1 year and 7 months. Calipers seized and the whole job needed redone. They told me parts were only covered for 12 months. I took the car to another place and they told me the brakes that Conrad's used were poor quality. Had to have both back brakes redone. Last time going to Conrads.? 1 Reviews Bo jankowski Berea, OH Reviewed : 07/11/2025 Comment : They ruined the (tan) interior of my car with some type of oil/grease. Hand and finger smear marks everywhere! They do not respect your property. 1 Reviews Robert perry Berea, OH Reviewed : 06/25/2025 Comment : Paid $1400 for 4 NEW tires and got 2 that were produced over 2 years ago. Then driving home, found that the tires were not balanced properly and couldn't drive over 50 mph without the car shaking violently. Very disappointed. 1 Reviews Ricardo jones / big angry lion Berea, OH 450 W Bagley RdBerea, OH 44017I will never go to Conrad's again. I have been a loyal customer of Conrad's Tire Service for over ten years, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. On April 26, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change service at approximately 11:00 a.m. When I received my vehicle back at 12:08 p.m., I discovered that the hood latch release was broken. This component was working properly when I delivered my vehicle to their service center, and even their technician acknowledged that it was functioning correctly when he initially pulled it.When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, I was told that they would need time to examine the problem and proposed splitting the repair cost with me. I find this response unacceptable, as the damage clearly occurred while my vehicle was under their care. I entrusted my vehicle to their service center in good working condition, and I expect to receive it back in the same state. As a valued customer who has been loyal to Conrad's for over a decade, I believe I deserved better treatment. I requested that Conrad's Tire Service take full responsibility for this issue and repair the hood latch release at no cost to me. This seems like a reasonable request given the circumstances and would've demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining the trust of their long-term customers, but that didn't happen. I was stuck with getting it repaired out of my own pocket. Now I have to take them to small claims court in order to get my money back from the repairs.'> Reviewed : 05/20/2025 Comment : Conrad's Tire Service450 W Bagley RdBerea, OH 44017I will never go to Conrad's again.
