Comment : Do not buy tires from these people. They use slimy business practices at every turn. They will upsell you on things you dont need and make excuses when things go wrong. I bought 4 brand new tires from them 2 years ago and put 20 thousand miles on them. 3 out of the 4 tires have been leaking since the installment. I bring my truck in twice a year for an oil change and they never checked the tires or ignored the leaks. Then they had the audacity to try and sell me 4 more tires and told me I can't get the warranty on them. Avoid this place completely, just go somewhere else to buy tires and get oil changes.

Comment : gavin is super sweet and nice helped me with everything andrea was very rude i over heard them talking and andrea was calling us tire kicks whatever that mean he “says we are to broke to buy anything” i definitely don’t think someone like that should even be in the business not pleased with my visit today next time i’ll just ask for gavin

Comment : The alliance location has the rudest so called management person working Saturday 9/13/2025 had me drop car off to get oil change in about 30 minutes called me saying couldn't open the hood I sent my grandson and he slid the latch and hood opened then he called me to say done but can't close the hood
.Well he got very rude with wife and said she needed a new latch but it worked before it was taken in there and he is not paying for it but they broke it

Comment : All I’ll say is I wanted a simple brake job. The vehicle is now making noises it never made prior to my appointment. Making an appointment with a real mechanic now.

Comment : I dont know if these guys are commissioned based, but I walked in to get 4 tires ready to go and all I saw was a guy trying to make a buck instead of treat a customer with respect and dignity. 4 Coopers mounted and balanced for under $1k. Tires that cost $165 a piece comes to $660 so its another $300 for mount and balance. Seems to me if they think they can take advantage of you they will. I went to tire choice 2 miles down the road and got 4 Ironman mounted and balanced for $650! BUYER BEWARE!

Comment : Take your car anywhere but here. We were just informed by who looked at her car today that Conrad's stole my mom's catalytic converter last year and put on a cheaper off brand without her knowledge. Likely sold it when it was higher priced last year. Also had her gets brakes and struts put on a her car even though they could obviously tell her frame was shot. Told her after they took her money oh by the way we won't work on this car any longer. So they took her money, converter and now she's left with no car and no money. She is elderly and disabled and they took advantage.

Comment : Oil change and tire rotation take a bit longer than most places I feel. They also always try to get you to spend more money on things you "need".
