Comment : I took my car here to see if I could get my tire plugged they said I would have to get it replaced I took it to a different shop they found a nail plugged it for me and it s been fine.

Comment : I asked to have a noise looked at and the decided to do as they wish and give me a 4 page long estimate of preventative and maintenance stuff as well as tell me that the noise in my suspension isn't an issue that needed to be dealt with as it's not a safety issue. Even though it's supposedly broken shocks and links. They then tell me at pick up my car was low on coolant but the filled it up but we need to figure out where it was leaking well I didn't get the opportunity to do the pressure test because immediately it was having issues with not driving even though I had never had an issue with it and have recently drove it to Virginia beach and back!. Now my car in inoperable and the manage at the local conrads could care less as he told me he didn't have time to even look at the car I had recently got back from them. Comment : I scheduled an appointment online, but when I arrived, I was turned away because they couldn't accommodate me. This was especially frustrating given the sign on the pricing board stating that appointments take priority over walk-ins.
