Comment : My initial review of Conn's body shop was 5 star. Here we are 15 month's later and several thousands of dollars paid in repairs and the repair work done by Conn's body shop is showing issues. On November of 2023 I took my vehicle to be repaired for an accident in which my rear door of my CRV was damaged and needed replaced. 15 month's later and my door is not closing properly , Conn's refuses to see my vehicle or even address the issue. Their response is the warranty is only good for 12 month's and even though it's been only 3 month's outside the warranty window a simple yeah bring it in and we will take a look at it would have went a long way with me. Their response however has lost a customer for life and will not be referred by me as a place to do business with.My initial review of Conn's body shop was 5 star. Comment : Amazing! I had my car completely finished in five days (including the weekend). They were so nice and courteous, and my car looks just as new! Highly recommend!!!
