Comment : After a bad experience at another body shop, I came here. Night and day difference. Josh Barker was excellent to work with, with great attention to detail and listened to all of my concerns. I felt like I finally had someone advocating for me as the customer to make sure I was properly made whole after an accident.

Comment : My initial review of Conn's body shop was 5 star. Here we are 15 month's later and several thousands of dollars paid in repairs and the repair work done by Conn's body shop is showing issues. On November of 2023 I took my vehicle to be repaired for an accident in which my rear door of my CRV was damaged and needed replaced. 15 month's later and my door is not closing properly , Conn's refuses to see my vehicle or even address the issue. Their response is the warranty is only good for 12 month's and even though it's been only 3 month's outside the warranty window a simple yeah bring it in and we will take a look at it would have went a long way with me.
