Comment : Connell Chevrolet is the absolute best. Tim Connell helped us get a brand new 2025 Equinox. The entire process was so easy and hassle free. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was hanging out with a bunch of friends instead of buying a car. Great customer service. Love them!

Comment : You will get ripped off on your trade in they try and pay you what the rip off company car max offers you
Go to another chevy dealership that is honest and doesn't try to rip you off
If the dealership says we will pay you what carmax is offering you run they are not an honest dealership

Comment : After buying a car from them a couple of months ago and I needed to have it towed. I was missing the tow hook that attaches to the front bumper as well as the air compressor that should’ve been included. They said that they would not give me those parts. Beware buying a car from these people and check everything. The salesman I spoke with was named “Mark” And Was very rude about it.

Comment : We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2026 Chevy Silverado EV LT, thanks to the amazing team at the dealership. Pastor Ramos, the Floor Manager, was very nice, professional, and straight to the point - he made the process quick and stress-free. We really appreciated his no-nonsense approach and kind demeanor.

Special thanks to Van Holloway, who helped us earlier in the afternoon and took the time to show us the truck and answer our questions. Although he wasn't there when we returned later, his help was a big part of our decision.

James Barton was also great - he walked us through the paperwork and explained the maintenance and service options thoroughly and clearly. Super helpful and patient.

There were also a few more team members who assisted us along the way and stayed until the end (unfortunately we didn't catch all their names, I believe Wade was one of them, and we finished a little past 10pm), but every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Truly one of the best car-buying experiences we've had. Thank you all!
