Comment : Long but, must read review: For the last 14 years, I’ve been leasing a new car every 3 years from a well known dealership in St. Louis where I’ve been treated like family and always had a wonderful experience. My lease was up and I wanted something specific that my dealership didn’t have available. A friend of mine in KC knew I was having a hard time finding what I wanted and she started searching around and was able to find almost exactly what I wanted at Oakes. Loyalty means something to me so, as happy as I was that Oakes had what I was looking for, I was hesitant about going elsewhere. After 3 days, the vehicle I was looking for was still on their site and I decided to contact Oakes. I’m 3.5 hours away so, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I called, told them what I was looking for, gave them my trade in information and they let me know someone would reach out. Cue Kyler, he called me to introduce himself and go over a few more things with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I’ve never done anything custom with a vehicle before however, I was being very picky this time and wanted things a specific way. Kyler got me quotes on the custom work and was able to get me an offer within my budget. He was in constant communication with me while getting the custom work done and made sure the vehicle was absolutely perfect for me. He offered to send me pictures or surprise me and, I opted to be surprised. Kyler additionally offered to have the vehicle delivered to me so I didn’t have to take time out of my busy schedule to make the 3.5 hour trip to KC. When I tell you Kyler rolled out the red carpet for me the entire way, I mean it in a way that I can say I’ve never experienced that level of customer service before. He earned my trust and respect. He took someone who was scared to buy from another dealership for the first time in her life and turned her into a lifelong Oakes customer. I will happily make the trip to KC in 3 years when it’s time to lease my next vehicle. Kyler, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me, treating me like family and going the extra mile with communication and ensuring the vehicle was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. When I saw my car for the first time today, my mouth dropped with how stunning and beautiful it was. It turned out better than I imagined. Thank you!

Comment : I live in Florida and spotted a truck online that I was interested in at Oakes GMC In Kansas City. After contacting the dealership they hooked me up with Nathan and after a few calls we made a deal and with Dawson's help had all the paperwork done and 5 days later I flew out ,picked up the truck and drove home.
Nathan was very helpful giving my wife and I a live video tour of the truck, keeping in touch even on his personal time and even picked me up at the airport.
After arriving at Oakes everyone was very nice and had me on my way.
The only bad part was Nate and I had talked about getting some Missouri BBQ for lunch but he was swamped and didn't have time😆
All in all it was great dealing with them and I got to see some sights on the way home.

Comment : Had the pleasure of trading in and purchasing a new truck with the help of Brooke Brown and finance manager Logan. Amazing customer service. Never felt pressured or rushed as I’ve experienced that at other dealerships. Everything was straight forward with no gimmicks. Would recommend to friends and family and will be returning for all my GMC purchases. 10/10

Comment : We purchased a car today. We were looking for something capable of towing our new SxS and Nate took the time and effort to go over all our options until we found the perfect one. A GMC Acadia. Excellent deal with excellent service! Thanks, Nate! Loved the hat 😁
