Comment : We parked for just a minute in this guy's lot for my husband to give some food to homeless people next door the day before Christmas eve. He came out yelling at myself and my two young kids to move our car "RIGHT NOW!" because he had to get a car out of his garage, and apparently we were blocking his way (we weren't). We did move over to be cooperative, but he never even opened his garage or moved any cars (we were watching ). I get not wanting people parking in your lot, but there's no reason to yell and scream at a family trying to do some good. He knew what we were doing, too, because as we left he said "in the future, they have their own driveway." We knew that, but there were a lot of people standing in that driveway, so we pulled into his for just a minute. Dude power-tripping the week of Christmas. Sad. Never stopping there for gas or repairs, that's for sure.

Comment : Jim, the owner treated me like absolute garbage when I showed up to make a delivery for a battery to his shop as a DoorDash driver. He then called NAPA in front of me to complain (because that’s how small this man is) and just acted like a jerk, refusing to give his last name (something that’s easy to look up on the New Hampshire Department of State’s website) and refusing to sign for my delivery as well.

You can tell a lot about someone by the way they treat a service worker and if I were you, I WOULD AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

If you’re in Concord, I would take my business to any Grappone or McGovern dealership because they know how to treat people. Even service workers.
