Rich is the kind of professional you hope to find in the automotive world: honest, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping you rather than upselling you.

Comment : I have been searching for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop in the Dallas area ever since I moved here. I've was referred to this shop by some other family members that have used Compton Automotive for 15 or so years. Rich, was great at answering my questions and never missed a phone call from me before, during, or after my truck was in the shop. I believe their rates are fair and relative to the auto repair industry nationwide. They didn't do anything to the truck that I didn't ask them to do and called with updates to confirm that I wanted certain maintenance intervals/repairs completed before proceeding further.

Comment : I brought my car to Compton because of all of the great reviews and mentions of their trustworthiness. That?s hard to find in a mechanic! Richard and his team got me all set up with my car and were very communicative, and made sure I got my car back the same day. Richard was awesome and so helpful and I feel so much better driving my car now! I?ll definitely be back.
