Comment : Last year a dealership told me my 2012 SUV need new lower control arms for $2400. This month, after a complete diagnostic visit, John said the control arms had some minor cracks in the rubber bushings typical of a car that age and they did not impair the function or safety of the vehicle. They also identified the noise I thought was from the tires to a bad wheel bearing. I was also offered a reasonable repair option to another problem they found in place of an expensive full system replacement. They explained the pros and cons of each option.

There may not be a plan B option for all automotive repairs but it was refreshing to be offered one. I feel the repairs I had done were reasonably priced in these expensive times and I still walked, no DROVE out saving $2400! Thank you very much.
