Comment : I was on New Orleans, LA for spring break with my daughter and her family when in route I had car trouble. My son-in-law did a search and found Complete Automotive Repair and Service near the hotel we were staying. Even though Julie and her staff did not have an available appointment for me, she took the time out to look a my SUV. And even after servicing it she even called to see if we made it safely home. I would recommend CARS service to anyone in that area and I am forever grateful and thankful to Julie and her staff.

Comment : One of the best automotive repair and maintenance shops in the New Orleans metro area. The automotive specialists here are top tier. I have always received excellent customer service by their friendly staff. It?s like getting your car serviced by family. 10/10 I fully recommend!

Comment : Knowledgable staff. Reasonable prices. Very accommodating when they quoted me a price for my car's repairs and let me think it over for a day. No pressure to commit. I really appreciated that. Very forthcoming about what repairs were needed and what could be done in the future. Absolutely would take my car here again.

Comment : I had a very disappointing experience at this auto mechanic shop. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a simple repair, but not only was the job done too quickly, the issue wasn’t even fixed correctly. I had to return a second time, only to be met with poor communication and a lack of accountability. The staff seemed rude and passive felt like they were not interested in fixing the issue and actually solving the problem. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who fixed it right the first time. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

Comment : Honest and fast service. I have used C.A.R.S. several times and have never been disappointed. I have also recommended them to friends and family members who were also pleased with the their service. I wouldn't use anyone else.
