Comment : They solved my issue with my car's alarm with ease and confirmed the issue was dealt with. I prefer if THEY call you to let you know your car is ready, but other than that, the staff was courteous and helpful. I should've brought it to them sooner!

Comment : My second visit to this shop and will continue to use their services. Went in for diagnostics and was promptly advised of a coolant pump failure. In addition to ordering the part and performing other needed services on my car, I drove away in my car 2 days later. Sooner than promised. They go above and beyond the extra mile!!

Comment : Wouldn’t take my Lexus to anyone but CARS! I don’t even use Lexus for free oil changes. Julie, Michelle, Willie are the best. Reasonable. Great work! Honest.

Comment : I was on New Orleans, LA for spring break with my daughter and her family when in route I had car trouble. My son-in-law did a search and found Complete Automotive Repair and Service near the hotel we were staying. Even though Julie and her staff did not have an available appointment for me, she took the time out to look a my SUV. And even after servicing it she even called to see if we made it safely home. I would recommend CARS service to anyone in that area and I am forever grateful and thankful to Julie and her staff.
