Comment : Their quote was astronomical. When confronted they lowered it but not much. They were not very nice and were not understanding of the situation. They wanted to subcontract the transmission replacement.

Comment : As usual, Complete Automotive Repair fixed my car today with no drama & no problems. The price was very reasonable. I waited on my car while they worked on it. It took less time than they anticipated. I have taken my vehicles to CAR for many years. I trust them. My trust has been validated many times. Several times I have been told by another vehicle-related business that I needed something done to my car. CAR could’ve easily done the work and charged me but they did not. They explain what needs to happen and why, what is urgent and what can wait. I appreciate their willingness to give advice. I know nothing about cars and need help sometimes to make decisions. I’ve never been given advice that was less than excellent. When I need to have a repair done on my car I know I can rely on CAR to explain what’s going on in a way that I can understand, accurately quote the cost of what they’re doing and update me if they find anything else wrong before doing it, and do an excellent job. They are professional and friendly. They are good people. I always feel comfortable there. I highly recommend CAR without reservation.

Comment : I had been having a lift gate issue with my Nissan rogue - it hadn’t worked in over a month. We tried everything ourselves so decided it was time to get it checked out by a professional. I called around for availability and Complete Automotive Repair was able to get me in the next day. They were so kind and helpful. It was fixed within minutes! Solid mechanics and great human beings. Being a woman most shops would see an opportunity to make some cash but not this shop. They have a customer for life now. I will be back and will tell anyone and everyone about them.

Comment : Awesome to work with. We had been dealing with an issue with my wife’s tailgate on her SUV. Couldn’t figure out the issue. Once we finally got a general idea, we called around for availability to get our issue fixed. They responded with the quickest timeline at a great price. They checked and fixed the issue promptly! Amazing workers but more importantly amazing people. Can’t recommend them enough. If we have any other issues with our vehicles, we are going straight to them!
