Comment : This is a wonderful shop with great people. I was out of town and had an emergency with my car, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. Instead of risking any damage, they made the honest decision to send me to the dealership, which I really appreciated.

Even though they were busy, they took the time to help me, offer directions, and even gave me a cup of coffee while I figured things out. Julie and the older gentleman at the front were both absolutely wonderful.

I’m very grateful for their kindness and integrity—highly recommend!

Comment : I had my vehicle towed to Complete Automotive Repair on Easter Sunday after breaking down on interstate. Monday morning I was contacted immediately by their team and was told it would be looked at on Wednesday, by Friday of the same week it is done and ready to be picked up. The entire time Julie kept in contact with me and sent me the time frame, the estimated repairs cost, and anytime I reached out I was contacted back promptly. I?ve never had a repair shop work so fast and communicate so well. They will have our business forever now. Thank you Complete Automotive Repair!!

Comment : I can't begin to tell you how great this business treated me and how wonderful the staff are. They got me in right away on three different occasions. I needed car inspection to purchase a vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me in many ways.
I was treated like family
I called them for advise and they gave it to me and I KNEW I could trust them.
I randomly picked them off Google. I know there was some Devine intervention involved.
We had had a rough time after losing my car to a freak accident during the ice storm and we're at our wits end. John, Julie and Miss Lydia made a horrible situation go away.
I had no idea there were still places like Complete Auto in existence. Oh, if only. These people were and are a God send.
I have told everyone I have come in contact with since, and it was just this week. Even the young man helping me out with groceries, the salesman who sold me my new used car as well as other friends and family and complete strangers. Lol!
They will have all my future business and as many others I can tell.

If you wanted to do business with people who follow the Golden Rule go to Complete Auto Care on Palumbo Drive in Lexington. KY. You will not regret it. If you do not live in Lexington, trust me it will be worth the drive.
They have my undying gratitude. I hope to get to know them better as I continue to visit.

Comment : Not impressed. They dont know what they?re talking about! Warning warning!! They didnt know how to find the right battery to my car? my man had to call the manufacturer to the battery and give them the information to find it for me! Unbelievable.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I am remiss in leaving this review, but it's been due to health issues. Fortunately all is well now, and I am happy to report a very positive experience with Complete Automotive Repair in June of 2025. On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off to Complete Automotive Repair, and then got a rental for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. The Complete Automotive team pressure-tested for leaks, checked all hoses and clamps, and diagnosed that the water pump had failed. The repair was done excellently and we were relieved that the cost was reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional.

Comment : Had a clutch replaced here on an aging Mazda sedan about 6 months ago. Gave it some time to make sure everything is good and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Saved me about 50% of the cost the dealer would have charged me and replaced a motor mount & serviced the flywheel in the process. I'll definitely be back for service & repairs, they treated me extremely well! 5⭐'s all day!
