Comment : I had googled places to get a state inspection yesterday and knew I woulld be over near West Broad Street today. So, I sropped by Complete Automorive of Richmond on West Broad today for a state inspection. I didn't have an appointment and being so late in the month, didn't think I would be able to get the inspection done today. But, the young man who came to the counter was very helpful, polite and professional and let me know if I could wait a little bit, they would get me in. I didn't have to wait long, maybe 10 to 15 minutes, before my car was driven into a bay. The other young man who completed the state inspection was polite and professional too. I would definitely recommend Complete Automorive of Richmond on West Broad Street. Comment : Team was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Got a bolt stuck in my tire on the way back from lunch and they got me in within an hour. Had a short time frame and they got me in no problem. First time being here and if something happens again and I m close by I will be coming back!

Comment : TL;DR Complete saved us over $400 and fixed issues from a previous mechanic.We had taken our car into a different shop several weeks ago to get an alternator replaced. The previous mechanic noticed that there was oil leaking onto the alternator from a worn gasket. He replaced everything and told us we were good to go.A few days ago, the battery died unexpectedly. We replaced the battery and took the car to Complete Automotive for a wellness check to make sure there wasn t some kind of parasitic drain or other damage. They discovered that the new gasket had not been seated properly and was now damaging the new alternator! Thankfully, we had warrantied the alternator through Advanced Auto Parts and Complete was able to redo the work under that warranty. They reached out to the previous mechanic on our behalf and were able to recoup some of their money for the labor and parts, but did not charge us for that work at all. The only thing they charged us for was replacing the serpentine belt (which we had asked the previous mechanic about and had been assured did not need replacing he was wrong).Overall, Complete automotive went above and beyond to make sure that we were taking care of and that we got good value for our money. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with complicated car issues.Special thanks to Mike and David for making sure everything was as smooth as possible! Comment : After two years, I can confidently say this is the best auto shop to go!The staff is always friendly, every time I call for an appointment it always goes smoothly. I purchased tires here last year and they answered all of my questions.Everytime I have a concern they have attentiveness without fail.
