Comment : Unbelievably spacious & clean! 4 waiting areas, plants…Mike & Jasmine provided excellent customer service! They have enough mechanics so that they’re able to honor your appointment time! They make a hellava first impression. At 71, & having a vehicle since I was 16, I will definitely be returning & sharing my experience with others.

Comment : It’s odd to review a shop that didn’t actually work on my car but, they deserve a shout out for their excellent service. My wife was driving near Richmond and was experiencing car problems and luckily, this shop was the closest to her. They immediately put her car on the rack, ran a diagnostic and discovered the problem was a faulty part currently under a recall. They “could” have taken advantage of her situation, drummed up any number of repairs or they could have failed to tell her about the factory recall and did the repair themselves. Instead, they encouraged her to take it to the dealership so she could have it repaired for free…and they even discounted the diagnostic fee. It’s not too often you hear about such honest and admirable people in the auto repair world but, they do exist. Thank you, folks for looking out for my wife and getting her back on the road!

Comment : Complete Auto got me in immediately when my battery died in Charlottesville, I was able to get a job and have it straight there not only were they able to replace my battery but they were able to do an oil change as well! Super grateful!
