Comment : I was having problems with my car. I thought it was my transmission. I took my car to Complete Automotive of RICHMOND and found out that it was not the transmission. I was happy. They took care of me. They explain exactly what was going on. David was very kind, friendly, and professional. When I whenever I have a problem, I'll take my car there.

Comment : I needed an unexpected tire fix quickly and these fine folks helped me get it done within an hour. I know that quick fix isn't always possible, but this particular day was a lucky one for me. The team here is always so positive and professional. Comment : I came in for a state inspection and one marker bulb was replaced. Now back on the road. The Complete Automotive Service team is great. All my questions were answered as I waited and everyone was helpful. Every time I have had my car there they took good care of it. So I highly recommend Complete Automotive and I am confident of the care I receive.
