Comment : I Spoke with the Manager Michael about a situation with my mother's car, Michael was a man of integrity and showed complete gratitude towards my concerns and he listened to my opinions and he spoke very genuine and highly about his business and the employees who work very hard to provide top tier labor for families to get back on the road safe. I would recommend this shop to anyone from any town that needs to make that big choice of where to take your vehicle to get repaired. If Michael can show that's much outstanding care and compassion with my mother, wife and myself I'd trust him and his facility any day of the week! I hope anyone reading this has a blessed day. lastly I think it's so important to take time and patience before coming to conclusions and Michael has restored my faith and peace of mind. If I could leave 6 stars I would ??

Comment : Just went there for a few things and these men are INCREDIBLE!!!!! customer for life. You want good ppl who will stand by you and not screw you over THIS IS THEN!! walk in a customer walk out family! Thank you guys truly. You have no idea.

Comment : My mother-in-law was needing a last minute repair after being stranded 3 hours from home, and this was the closest shop who was able to make repairs to her car in time for her to get back home. She was quoted a very high amount for the repairs being done, $1065. Other shops in the area only charging $550-$750 for the exact repairs. Upon finishing said repairs, Complete Automotive have a very vague, generic receipt with absolutely no breakdown of how the money was spent towards the cost of the repairs, and they even went so far as to not remove the diagnostic fee, which is 100% routine for an automotive shop to do when repairs are done with their business. We have requested a breakdown of their pricing and fees and advise all potential customers to do their homework and do not take this shops word for it when given a quote for repairs.

Comment : My mothers Car Broke down, and the Full price to fix it at almost all the other Springfield Auto body shops was $700 Max, Complete auto on Chestnut charged her $1,065! This Shop put they "Suspected" an issue not 100% clear it was the problem. They used GOLD coolant which I'm sure has an Upcharge, we tracked that less than 3 hours of actual labor was done that puts it at $200 an hour!!! Every shop in my 20 years of owning a vehicle adds the diagnostic fee into the total cost and Bill "If" you get your Car fixed with them or most people would take their vehicle to a more realistic civil priced Auto shop in Springfield Missouri. She now has no money for 30 days or food because of greedy crooks like these places! my wife did char gpt even AI said avoid Complete Auto with their huge over pricing. I'll be sharing this all over Social media to Springfield area family and friends to avoid greedy money grabbing places like this one. $400 more because they know your desperate, Karma is on your way fellas!!! if not refunded the base price of 3 different know auto body shops in Springfield I'll be driving up tomorrow to speak in person.

Comment : Im s disabled 58 year old woman ,from KCMO.I broke down in Springfield MO this weekend. My anxiety was so high,not knowing what was wrong with my car,& knowing im on a fixed income.So I tried my best to find an honest place to have my car fixed.I was charged almost double what 2 themonitors should have cost.Ive had this 100% confirmed,by 3 other places,in the Springfield area.Paying almost $1100.00,for only the themonitors. I atleast want ,the difference back,what 3 other shops have quoted me.And plan to ,do whatever it takes,considering ,this was just wrong.

Comment : My box truck broke down, Friday at 8am, called complete automotive. They were able to get it in the shop right away after being towed. Had the issue figured out, and fixed by 2pm, the same day. They even came and picked me up, to take me to the shop. Great people, great service, and will take care of any issues. Thanks again.
