Comment : This service team is outstanding! I had an issue with my tire, stopped by with no apt the day before Thanksgiving and they worked me into their schedule, fixed my tire, and I got my vehicle back later that same day. Very courteous and friendly folks :)

Comment : Great place to take your car for repairs. Courteous and concise communication. They fit me in without much notice and quickly diagnosed the problem despite my vague description and had it ready for me, complete with payment over the phone and after-hours key lockbox. Super glad I found this place as a single working person with only one car.

Comment : The staff were very nice but I thought the price to check the computer for problems was stiff.The problems were never fixed after 5 days because of ordering wrong parts and the estimate was very high compared to several other places in the area.

Comment : I moved to NC about 2 years ago from Boston and have been taking my Mini Cooper to CARZ since I moved. They always have done an amazing job and this last service they went above and beyond finding new rims for all my tires and at an affordable price. So happy I found them!!!
