Comment : It took a week to schedule an oil change and to check squeaky brakes. Then, had to leave car from 8am until the following day. This is the first and last time I ll use CARZ. They were highly recommended but i had a less than pleasant experience. They called me with $2,000 - $3,000 worth of additional necessary work which I declined. They did replace the rear brake pads in about 25 hours and they seem to work fine.It took a week to schedule an oil change and to check squeaky brakes.
