Comment : ****Ladies Must Read**** Complete Auto Care is the only shop I will take my car to. As you can see from the pictures, I was on the road and found myself to be stuck. The towing set up through my insurance was going to be 60-90 minutes and the cop on the scene said that wouldn't work because we were in too dangerous of a spot on the road. I told him this is the shop I preferred to go to because I had used them in the past so he had them dispatched directly and they were there within 15 minutes! I was so relieved. They called first thing next morning to coordinate a plan. I had already priced 4 tires because it was time anyway and I checked "all the places people check." Well I'll preface with this. As a woman, I hate talking to people at car shops or at a dealership or anything because you just feel like they are going to screw you over, but the people at Complete Auto just aren't like that. They didn't try to upsell me or get me to get a bunch of things done that I didn't need and that is SUCH a relief for me and I know that a lot of other women out there would appreciate this. Anyways, they were honest with the fact that I didn't need tires that would last 75,000 or 100,000 miles because I only put about 4000-6000 miles on my car a year. So why pay so much more for tires that would just age out? I appreciated that advice! The tires they ordered WITH labor was cheaper than the other places I had called. I also asked them to go ahead and check my breaks and rotors while it was there because I cannot remember the last time they were done and my car is a 2005 Lexus ES 330. They were honest and said it wasn't dire but that they would need to be done in the near future so I told them to go ahead and do the work. They immediately ordered the tires. This happened late Friday night and they got the tires early Monday morning and I got my car back Monday evening. I was pretty impressed! Because I didn't use the tow set up through my insurance, I needed specific information from the shop and they worked with me on this and I had a check from my insurance company by the end of the week! They were honest, quick, and everyone was kind from the people who picked up my car at the scene, from the guy I spoke to on the phone Saturday morning, to who I spoke to about my car in the shop, to who I spoke to at check out about what I needed for my insurance reimbursement. I couldn't have been happier. And the best part? All of this and it was only $1369 and $95 of that was a tow charge that I was reimbursed for. On top of that, my 2005 car is driving like it is brand spanking new! Now, the inside is my mobile fishing vehicle so that's another story haha! But seriously, Complete Auto Care has always been great, but this one experience has solidified that I won't go anywhere else. They could have tried to upsell me on the tires and they could have been the ones to tell me I needed brakes and rotors, and come up with all kinds of things. However, they gave me their honest professional opinions, were kind, fast, did great work, and were more than competitive in their pricing. I can't think of anything I wish would have gone better or differently other than I wish my tire wouldn't have rolled off my car ?? Give them a try! I bet you'll be happy too!

Comment : I've taken my car here a couple of times over the years and I've always been happy with them. The staff have always been friendly, they keep me updated, and the price has always been reasonable. However, this last experience was above and beyond in my opinion. My tire came off not far from their shop and because I was in an unsafe traffic place, the Police dispatched them and they were there in no time (my insurance approved tow time was going to be 60-90 minutes). I usually feel uncomfortable talking to people about my car but they don't try to upsell you and they aren't pushy about things, they're just factual and helpful. I asked them about just getting four new tires and they were actually cheaper for comparable tires in the area so I went ahead and got 4 new tires while it was there and I asked them to do the breaks too because it had been so long since I had them done. Even though this was added to their scheduled appointments, they STILL got my car back to me within two days, and it would've been a day but they had to wait on the tires to come in. They worked with me on getting the right paperwork for my insurance company so I could be reimbursed for the tow bill and everything. Everyone was amazing from the people who picked up my car on scene, to the people in the shop, to the person who checked me out and gave me the keys. I highly highly highly recommend Complete Auto Care. I recommend them to everyone. - Barbara H.

Comment : Complete Auto Care was amazing! They showed up quickly on scene to tow my vehicle and were in contact with me early the next day to discuss options to fix my car as well as a timeline. They had my car done quickly and for the best price that was quoted to me from everyone else that I had called for an estimate! I pulled out of there with 4 new tires and rotors for much less than I thought it would be. They were all super nice and accommodating. I have to say, it's stressful being a woman and needing work done on your car because you feel like you'll be taken advantage of. I did not feel this way working with Complete Auto Care. They didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff or talk in a way that I didn't understand. I feel confident taking my car to them in the future and I highly recommend them! My 2005 car is driving just as smooth as she did when I bought her! Keep them in mind if you need work done in the future on your car, I don't think you will be disappointed on price or the work.

Comment : Rick said he wanted to pick up his vehicle but they were closed for two days due to a winter storm. He has recommended them to his employer and they use this business as well. They always tell him exactly what's going on and what they're going to do.
