Comment : I was amazed at how quickly my accident was resolve. It happe6on Monday. Brought my car in Tuesday for an estimate. Thursday afternoon got a call that it was ready. I a VERY satisfied customer.

Comment : The hail damage was fixed on my car everything was good! Until they replaced my sunroof don’t know the reason went to pick car up all you hear is wind … Called back up there telling them what was going on… Took car back never got any updates so I called up there a lady said oh they are programming sunroof… I’m like oh ok when will my car be ready a day later I called now sunroof is on back order ….. Now I’m out of days for rental if a new sunroof was ordered I could have returned rental & picked up car. I asked to speak with a manager & get something in writing about this sunroof on back order …. This has been the worse experience ever! Now the sunroof doesn’t even work at all & paint is running off on back door!

Comment : I use the Ferguson location a couple years back and they put a new front bumper on my car.The Paint is peeling on the bumper, My fog lights don't work, the paint doesn't even match the car anymore. Very dissatisfied with the work
